MVHR - Domestic Ventilation - Fan Power - Titon

Titon manufactures and supplies ventilation and window products. Ranging from whole house mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (performing to Energy Savings Trust Best Practice levels), through to background ventilators and window opening hardware suitable for timber, PVCu and aluminium windows and doors.

As a manufacturer, Titon also invests heavily in research and development, which enables the company to use the latest technology to keep its products both innovative and effective.

Titon’s Ventilation Systems Division is dedicated to the design, manufacture, supply and specification of ventilation systems primarily for domestic use. With their innovative yet extremely efficient compact MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) units offering whole-house ventilation to protect the home from harmful contaminants and help to create a healthy environment.

Alternatively, Titon offers a unique CME (Continuous Mechanical Ventilation) or MEV (Mechanical Extract Ventilation), ideal for continuous extract of stale, damp and polluted air to the outside environment.

Due to continual changes and development within the market place, Titon expanded its product portfolio and recently added its award winning Trimbox NO2 Filter® which removes NO2 to safe levels within the home. Other developments included the first fix solution and duct cover, these all aid Titon’s customers with a straightforward and more efficient installation process.

Titon can design bespoke systems on CAD using Revit to complete calculations, ensuring air supply complies with current Building Regulations.

Titon supports the NICEIC to ensure that our units are fitted to correct standards which allows our MVHR/CME units to operate at their very best.

Product Development

Titon has recently expanded its MVHR and MEV range of ventilation products. Designed for their customers’ needs, the development of these products are down to Titon’s expert Research and Development Department who pioneer and develop their ever expanding product range.

Titon’s current new product developments include:

MVHR - HRV20 Q Plus

  • Extremely low Specific Fan Power of 0.43 W/l/s
  • Highly efficient heat exchanger – up to 89%
  • Airflow up to 194 l/s (700 m3/h) at 100 Pa
  • Largest airflow within Titon’s MVHR range

MVHR - HRV1.6 Q Plus

  • Extremely low Specific Fan Power of 0.49 W/l/s
  • Highly efficient heat exchanger; up to 89%
  • Airflow up to 100 l/s (359m3/h) at 100 Pa
  • Compact unit with high airflow to allow for restricted loft or cupboard space

MEV - CME3 Q Plus

  • High energy efficiency levels via Electronically Commutated (EC) motor
  • Very low power consumption / specific fan power
  • Airflow up to 120 l/s (430 m3/h) at 100 Pa
  • Compact – unit is small & low in profile, can be fitted in airing cupboards, cupboards or loft spaces
