2018 - The Zehnder Specification Centre

London Specification Centre is focused on presenting our full indoor climate offer and how it can deliver an ideal indoor environment.

2016 - Zehnder Customer Experience Centre

The Experience Centre is designed around the products so customers can see and feel them working in their real applications.

2010 - Zehnder Group launches Zehnder Retail

Zehnder Retail Division is strengthening its operation in the UK merchant and showroom market with the introduction of the Zehnder brand which will incorporate the current Acova product portfolio. The group will focus on distributing innovative, well designed, towel radiators and heating products.


Entry into the business field for air filters and air cleaning devices in the industrial segment.


Zehnder sets new standards in radiator design with the Dualis product range. The innovation is awarded the Design Plus Award.


Radiant heating is supplemented with cooling ceilings alongside additional application for offices, exhibition rooms and public buildings. Zehnder systems stand for aesthetic room concepts & comfortable indoor climate.


Zehnder celebrates 70 years of the multi-pillar radiator.


Zehnder develops a product design that also meets high aesthetic claims. The first design radiators are launched on the market in the form of Zehnder Art Deco and Zehnder Sculptur.


The first towel radiator (Zehnder Universal) appears on the market, the first radiator ever with a second use.


New sales markets are developed. Zehnder exports its tubular radiators to Germany.


Entry into the business field of radiant ceiling panels for the use in industry and commerce.


Robert Zehnder invents the turbular radiator which was much lighter, conducted heat better, was cheaper to manufacture and had a more pleasing look.


Jakob Zehnder establishes a workshop for bicycles, typewriters, sewing machines and washing machines in Switzerland.
