Adiabatic Dry Coolers

Our first Adiabatic Dry Cooler was designed and installed in 1985, since then, in excess of 400 units are currently operating on projects in the UK, Ireland and Continental Europe. These innovative technology products are ideally suited to cool condenser water circuits on reciprocating, absorption chillers and reverse cycle heat pumps. Heat rejections from 100 to 1800 Kw are available on a single cooler.

POWERTRONIC

Fan speed control is fitted as standard giving accurate temperature control and reduced noise levels. Where it is inappropriate to use antifreeze solutions, factory fitted winterization packages are available. Adiabatic cooler product benefits include:-

Dry Cooler/Condenser Upgrades

Existing dry cooler installations may require upgrading to improve performance. Our engineers can retrofit adiabatic cooling packages to most makes. If your dry cooler or condenser is not providing sufficient cooling, contact our sales department to arrange a survey

Many buildings require standby generators and UPS systems to ensure continuity of power supplies. Diesel or gas fuelled engines require efficient cooling to maintain maximum power output. Van Spall designed and manufactured radiators for plant room or external mounting are individually selected to match the generating set requirements. We specialise in providing individually engineered solutions which cover a wide range of power system cooling requirements including, land fill power, CHP systems, embedded generation, bio-fuel etc Packaged plate heat exchanger/pumping stations are available for installations where the radiator has to be installed at extended distances or heights from the generator.
