IQ3xcite, Trend’s innovative controller platform, is leading the way in
controls technology of the 21st century. By communicating via Ethernet,
IQ3xcite can utilise a client’s IT network and the embedded web server
enables access from anywhere in the world, without the need for
proprietary software.
Ethernet connectivity also ensures that an IQ3xcite system is infinitely
expandable, with a flexible point count to match any application.
IQView, Trend’s Network Display, provides unprecedented user interaction
with the Trend system. This intuitive user interface is self
configuring, and the colour touch screen display is designed to minimise
engineering and to simplify usage.

Trend customers can also choose the company that supplies and
maintains their system, either Trend itself or Trend Technology Centres
(TTCs). These experienced systems integrators deliver wide ranging
expertise and offer specialist skills including electrical installation,
control panel fabrication and system configuration.

Service & Support
Trend IQ Assured provides building owners and operators with a
nationwide 24/7 support service for their Trend BMS. Only Trend and its
partners have access to the latest diagnostic tools and large stocks of
genuine spare parts.
They are thus able to effect repairs much more quickly and - thanks to
their nationwide coverage and large number of engineers – call-out
response times are also very rapid.
Remote service provision is provided by the IQ Assured Bureau and is an
important element of all Support Agreements. The Bureau can continuously
monitor a customer's site and system and make appropriate control
adjustments where necessary. The experienced engineers who man this
facility are able to diagnose and correct most reported faults –
reducing the need for site visits.
