Systemair Ltd Axial Centrifugal Fans
Systemair Ltd is part of the Systemair International Group which now
operates in more than 50 Countries and has a collective turnover in
excess of £160m and a total workforce of around 1,700 persons.
Founded in Sweden in 1974, the Company has its own state of the art test
and research facilities and manufactures products that are fully
compliant to all principal European and British standards. Latest
developments include the introduction of EC low energy motors in many
fan and AHU ranges and an extensive range of heat recovery products
which now have up to 85% heat recovery capability.
Plate & Cased Axial Flow Fans (ZSP/ZSC Series
- Speed-controllable
- Integral thermal contacts
- Maintenance-free & reliable
Die cast aluminium blades with low noise sickle blade design. All
motors have class F insulation and IP54 enclosure. Sealed for life
bearings.
Box Fans (KVK, KVK Duo & KVKF)
- Speed-controllable
- Integral thermal contacts
- Low noise level
- Easily removable fan assembly
KVK models have a double inlet centrifugal fan. KVK DUO models have
two double inlet centrifugal fans. Both models have forward-curved
impellers and a maintenance-free external rotor motor. Both models are
thermally and acoustically insulated with a 50mm layer of mineral wool.
KD Mixed Flow Fans
- Speed-controllable
- High efficiency - low noise
- Install in any position
- Integral thermal contacts
- Maintenance-free & reliable
KD models have an external rotor motor with a mixed flow type
impeller. The KD series is notable for its relatively high static
pressure and high level of efficiency. To protect the motor from
overheating the KD fans have integral thermal contacts with leads for
connection to a motor protection device.
ROTOVEX Heat Recovery Unit
- Constant airflow
- Compact unit with integral controls
- Energy efficient motors
- Rotating thermal heat recovery wheel
- Designed to fit through standard doorways
The ROTOVEX contains a high efficiency rotating thermal heat recovery
wheel and EC fan motors. The constant airflow function, EU7 filter and
re-heater battery ensure the supply of clean and comfortable air. The
ROTOVEX is designed to fit through most standard doorways in schools,
offices, shops and refurbishment projects.
TOPVEX Heat Recovery Unit
- Rotating heat exchanger
- Space saving top connection
- Integrated control system
- Electric or hot water heating coil
The TOPVEX is designed for ventilation in schools, day care centres,
offices and other smaller premises; it is also suitable for zone
ventilation in larger buildings. Supplied with a control system,
rotating wheel, re-heater battery, electric wiring and filters for easy
set-up. A rotating heat exchanger eliminates problems with condensation
and the need for defrost cycles.
Smoke & Heat Exhaust Fans (HABV & DVV)
The Systemair range of smoke and heat exhaust fans is available in
two fan types: axial and roof. Both are certified for dual purpose
application, this means that they can be used for daily ventilation as
well as in mechanical smoke extract systems (for shopping malls,
airports, industrial buildings, cinemas, etc.). They can also be used
for processing air with high temperatures, car park exhaust,
overpressure (staircases) and in Tunnels.
TA Supply Air Unit
- Supply air units
- Low overall height
- Speed-controllable
- High efficiency plug fans
- Complete with controls & adjustment equipment
The TA series of air-handling units are designed for ventilating
petrol stations, schools, shops, offices and other smaller premises. The
units are delivered complete with a control system, heating battery and
filters. The TA EL has an electric re-heater, whilst the TA HW uses a
hot-water battery for re-heating.
DV Air Handling Unit
The DV AHU comes in a range of 12 different sizes, with air volume
capacities from 0,4 - 15m³/s or 1,500 - 54,000m³/h, making it possible
to always find a unit suitable for any given requirement. The DV AHU
features a number of well-dimensioned functions, which can be configured
for many different applications, from individual fan units to advanced
air handling systems.
