Sanyo Air Conditioners Gas Heat Pump GHP VRF
SANYO VRF Air Conditioning Systems
The next year promises to be an exciting time for SANYO Air
conditioners as they look to build on the success of 2006 and their
growing reputation for quality service and products.
2007 will see the introduction of many exciting new products and
technologies. R410A refrigerant will become more prevalent and
alternative energy sources will also be used. This will enable the
further strengthening of SANYO in the marketplace.
New Products Include:
- ECOi two pipe simultaneous cooling & heating electric VRF
systems – 8HP to 48HP
- ECO G three pipe GHP simultaneous heating & cooling gas VRF
systems using R410A
- ECOi Mini – two pipe heat pump VRF systems of 4HP, 5HP & 6HP
SANYO is one of the only manufacturers in Europe to offer two pipe
and three pipe VRFsystems with a choice of electricity or gas as the
main source of power. Both systems utilise the same wide range of indoor
units and control options to allow the specifier to design the best
solution for every site.
ECOi 2 & 3 Way
- Heating & cooling with total control
- Single footprint size for all unit capacities (8-16HP)
- Simultaneous heating & cooling when using a three way system
- DC inverter technology combined with R410A for excellent
efficiency
- System configuration from 8HP to 48HP
- Diversity ratio 50-130 percent
- Low outdoor unit sound levels from 54.5dB(A)
- Silent mode offers a further 3dB(A) reduction
- Extended pipe runs of up to 150m
- COPs start at 4.09
- Connectability of 40 indoor units from 24HP upwards

Comprehensive Control Options
SANYO recognises that the ability to offer a total range of control
options is extremely important in today’s demanding working environment.
Therefore, whether the specifier requires a simple remote control unit,
a group of units, a time clock, touch screen controllers, LON works or a
full BMS, SANYO can offer it all.
Small Changeover Boxes – Fewer Siting Problems
The SANYO solenoid valve kit is only 147mm high (without the
removable bracket) and takes its power from the indoor unit, saving the
cost of an additional supply. Available with Brazed Connections.
