NSZF Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers

Ryco NSZF Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger have been made to meet the requirements of today’s environment and are suitable for water to water and steam to water applications.

The NSZF range takes over where the Ryco HT range stops.

Storage Calorifiers

Calorifier is a term used to describe an extensive range of industrial and commercial hot water heaters. High performance tubular heat exchangers ensure Rycroft calorifiers offer the most flexible solution to provide your hot water heating requirements.

HT Breeze - Plate Heat Exchanger

The HT Breeze instantaneous water heater provides an economic and easy to use solution for the provision of hot water. When the package is installed and switched on, the simple to use controller will run the appropriate number of pumps and control at 60ºC. 13 standard models continuously rated from 0.25 litres/sec up to 5.0 litres/sec are available with 3 or 4 port control valve options for single or three phase supply, and with fused or overload protection.

Vari-E-Breeze - Plate Heat Exchanger

The new Vari-E-breeze, combines Rycroft plate exchanger expertise with the variable speed technology of the Grundfos MAGNA pump giving closer control of output, greater speed of response and therefore enhanced energy efficiency and lower running costs.

Conventional exchangers do not provide the opportunity to fine tune the primary throughput to exactly match demand. The new Vari-E-breeze senses the draw off requirement and the Grundfos Magna pump matches its speed to equal the requirement.

The new Vari-E-breeze range is available in outputs from 0·25l/sec to 4·0l/sec. In addition to the time, temperature and pump control setting the standard Breeze controller offers an automatic night set-back plus an anti-legionella pasteurisation cycle, re-transmission of water temperature, remote set point adjustment and BMS compatibility.

SteamBreeze - Plate Heat Exchanger

Connecting into an existing steam main to provide heating or hot water is made easier and quicker with the introduction of Rycroft’s new SteamBreeze. The stainless steel plate exchanger package can make the interface of steam to DHW or LTHW applications simpler. The standard range of units provides for heat loads of up to 1.1MW, which in DHW service will provide a 5 l/sec flow. Larger loads can be accommodated using Rycroft’s bespoke design and build capability.

Accurate temperature control of the primary side of the SteamBreeze can be by electric or pneumatic valves. Also included are isolation, anti-vacuum valves, line strainer and high limit protection. A standard float trap system is incorporated into the condensate side, and an advanced three term (PID)
controller within the panel provides secondary temperature control

Maximiser

The Rycroft Maximiser has been developed to meet today’s need for a compact calorifier which will respond to high peak loads with minimal demand for boiler power. This high output semi-storage calorifier is the ultimate solution to space limitations, power regulations and energy savings.1000 & 2000 Series - Heatrae Industrial
