In the UK the company is based in the West Midlands, ideally located to support its well-established products with a service that is second to none with technical support, service, accounts and general administrative staff. We offer comprehensive technical support and advice for all Heizer products

Bespoke Design

Heizer are able to offer water heaters not only from stock but also incorporating bespoke modifications. Many specific requirements can be accommodated at source providing the specifier with considerable flexibility during the design stages of a project. Heizer offer excellent technical support should advice be required on selection of product, installation problems or site visits, our service department is able to give safe installation and usage guides.

TCT - Series

With its long-life stainless steel tank, the TCT is the obvious choice for specifiers and installers who demand the highest quality. Available in Direct and In-Direct format, 90L-300L. All TCT models come complete with Factory fitted Temperature and pressure relief valves, 2 port motorised valve and thermostats (indirect only) and immersion heater (direct models x 2).

TF - Series

The TF Series is our leading brand stainless steel Thermal Store water heater. In 3 sizes the TF will provide mains pressure hot water, without the need for discharge or runaway pipework. The TF can be pre-wired and pre-plumbed for easy installation.

TCT - Solar

The TCT - Solar is a twin coil version of our standard TCT. The second coil can be used for fuel sources such as solar, biomass (wood burning stoves), range cookers and heat pumps. These renewable units are still covered by our manufacturers 25 year guarantee.
