Eaton-Williams design and manufacture a comprehensive range of equipment for Blade Server and Data Room Cooling which deliver energy savings of up to 40% over conventional Server and Data Rack Cooling Systems.

Server Cabinets & Rear Door Heat Exchangers

Server Cabinets and Rear Door Heat Exchangers (RDHx) are designed to provide an environment for high heat density servers and IT equipment and remove up to 30kW of heat at source rejecting it to water rather than the room.

CDU Unit

The Cooling Distribution Unit (CDU) is designed to provide cooling water, close controlled and above dew point for up to 6 rear door heat exchangers. It is capable of up to 150kW cooling capacity.

Designed and approved to work with IBM’s Cool Blue® and iDataplex® RDHx’s in addition to the EW high density cooling solutions.

Modular CDU System

For greatest flexibility and perfect upgrade path, the Modular CDU System provides the connectivity for up to 6 CDU Modules during initial install whilst allowing the CDU Modules and RDHx’s to be added as the heat loads increase and data centre grows.

Each 20kW CDU Module is a self contained version of its big brother. It can provide cooling water above dew point to 1, 2 or 3 rear door heat exchangers and is designed to slide in a standard 19" rack (6u high).

Ceiling Void Humidifier

VapaVoid is an unobtrusive, low noise (35 dba) ceiling void unit, which has been designed to run alongside and combat the dry air effect caused by comfort air conditioning systems.

It can be used as an alternative to ‘in room humidifiers’ where clean lines and aesthetics are important, therefore the unit can be put in a discrete and unobtrusive location.

Using a clean, hygienic process for clean steam (2 - 5 Kg/hr) and better air quality, its compact design fits into a 1200 × 600mm ceiling grid and its slim profile can fit most void spaces and can be easily retrofitted.

Electrode Boiler Humidifier

The LE(P) electrode boiler humidifier range uses the VapaNet control system designed with user interaction in mind. The LED display enables the user or engineer to gain instant information about the performance of the humidifier. This is a LON Mark device and will interact with any compatible open architecture building management system.

There are 9 models which deliver 5 - 110 Kg/hr steam generation, and both close and comfort control versions have a number of special features.

Resistance Heater Humidifier

The LR(P) resistance heater humidifier range incorporates the highest technology hardware and VapaNet software control system which delivers optimum performance. There is a close control version which is particularly suitable for critical requirements in process or laboratory environments. There are 7 models delivering 5 - 60 Kg/hr steam generation.
