Applied Systems
Space Air supports the comprehensive range of
Daikin’s applied systems (5kW ~ 1.9MW nom. capacity) over 300
models.
Air cooled chillers 5kW ~ 1,920kW
Water cooled 13kW ~ 1,893kW
Remote condenser 12kW ~ 530kW
The range includes:

‘Stepless & inverter compressor’ chillers
(107kW ~ 1.9MW) which offer infinite capacity control between
15% - 100% & only require service inspection at 40,000 hr
intervals

‘Mini-chillers’ (5kW ~ 7kW) with built-in
hydraulics, utilising inverter technology which results in high
energy cost savings

Remote self-diagnostic controllers that allow
the simultaneous operation of up to 4 chillers (2.2MW)
Chillers grouped in a D.I.C.N (Daikin Integrated
Chiller Network) can also be integrated with a B.M.S (Building
Management System), as many as 16 chillers to a single building
management system.
VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) Systems
Daikin VRV systems offer the industry’s highest
COP (coefficient of performance) ratings. All Daikin VRV systems
operate with the safe, stable and energy efficient HFC R-410A
refrigerant.
Heat Pump 14kW - 170kW / Heat Recovery 22kW -
135kW
Designed for medium to large premises VRVIII
(10kW ~ 170kW modules) offers larger total system capacity, higher
efficiencies, longer pipe length capability, smaller footprint and
greater fan coil connectivity (up to 64 fan coil units per module).
Mini VRV-S 11kW ~ 16kW
Bridges the gap between the multi-split and
larger capacity VRV systems and aims to provide the precise
efficiency and control required by the smaller office, shop, or
residence.
Water-cooled VRV III 26kW ~ 80kW
The water-cooled VRV-WII, enables the VRV range
to be applied to virtually any application, including the tallest of
buildings.
Daikin Hi-RV
Daikin Hi-VRV system is the combination of VRV
air conditioning and HRV (heat recovery ventilation) operated by one
of Daikin's building management systems such as I-Manager for
systems up to 1,024 indoor units or for smaller systems, up to 64
indoor units the I-Touch Controller.
Enhanced Capital Allowance (ECA) Scheme
Many Daikin products qualify for Enhanced Capital
Allowances. Details can be obtained from Space Air’s Marketing

Space Air is pleased to offer free RIBA and CIBSE
approved CPD seminars, which provide information on current air
conditioning technologies and the latest standards and regulations.
All Daikin equipment is supported by a 3-year
warranty. The Space Airconditioning range includes Daikin Air and
Water Cooled Chillers and Fan Coil Units.
