For 20 years, we have been giving independent advice to architects, engineers and building owners who demand comfortable, low energy buildings that are easy to operate.

Building Simulation specialises in low energy design development and building performance assessments using dynamic simulation (DSM) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) modelling - Carbon footprints are not new to us!

Over 1,000 projects completed including schools, hospitals, museums, offices and shopping centres notably Bluewater in Kent, the recently opened Westfield Shopping Centre in West London and the proposed NUMBER ONE hotel in Portsmouth.

Pre-planning energy assessments – the new NUMBER ONE hotel in Portsmouth has an active façade and will have a carbon footprint that is 40% smaller than a conventional design.
