Damper Actuators - including Smoke, Damper &
Fire Actuators
The standard range of linear and rotary damper
actuators has been extended to incorporate the new Q-series fast
running actuators. They are available as linear and rotary types
with running times as fast as 2.5 seconds, making them ideal for
applications such as production rooms, spray booths, laboratories
and other sensitive areas.
CCV - Characterised Control Valve
The CCV is suitable for the modulating control of
hot and cold water thanks to the integral characterising disc. In
addition it gives tight shutoff – a huge advantage over traditional
globe valves when it comes to energy savings.
PICCV - Pressure Independent Characterised
Control Valve
The PICCV combines a 2-port CCV with a
differential pressure regulator. When the differential pressure
increases, the pressure-reducing section of the valve closes and
ensures a constant pressure over the control valve section. This
enables the flow rate to remain constant to within ±5% regardless of
pressure variations in the system (between 30 to 350kPa).
Globe & Butterfly Valves
Belimo globe valves are available as screwed (15
to 50mm) and flanged (15 to 150mm) and now a special range of 200mm
and 250mm valves are also offered. The range of butterfly valves
give a tight shut-off and are available in sizes 50 to 350mm with
actuators up to 500Nm torque. All valves are available with an
extensive range of actuators.
Retrofit Range
With the use of simple adaptors, Belimo actuators
can be mounted on valves from most common manufacturers.
Compatibility with existing control equipment is made possible with
the intelligent technology of the actuators.
VAV Control
The VAV Compact and VAV Universal Range of
products provide high accuracy and stability for constant and
variable volumetric airflow applications for individual room or zone
control. The range of compact controllers is suitable for bus
integration (e.g. LON). When connected to the PC-Tool they provide
accurate volumetric flow readings, fast diagnostics and simple
evaluation and documentation
of system data.
RobustLine IP67 Actuators
Whether in animal breeding areas, indoor swimming
pools, the food and agriculture industry or in rooftop installations
– the new RobustLine® actuators remain corrosion resistant and
absolutely tight under even the harshest of conditions enabling them
to be rated at IP67.
Fan Optimiser
The Fan Optimiser enables fans to be controlled
based on demand according to the damper positions of the downstream
VAV units. Supply pressure regulation can thus be dispensed with and
fan energy consumption cut by as much as 50%.
Fire & Smoke Damper Actuators
Belimo’s dedicated range of actuators for Fire
and Smoke applications maintain integrity up to temperatures of
900ºC for 1 hour. For smoke applications, Belimo provide enclosures
to ensure operation of the smoke damper actuators at 300ºC for 1
hour and 600ºC for 30 minutes.
Simple Bus Integration & LON Solutions
Belimo MP-Bus® allows up to 8 actuators or VAV
controllers (and 8 sensors) to be connected together and linked to a
LonWorks® system via the Belimo UK24LON interface. Certified LON
types are also available to connect individual units directly to
LonWorks® newtorks.
