Condensing Storage Water Heaters & Solar Hot Water Solutions

For the continuous production of hot water in domestic, commercial and industrial applications, Andrews Water Heaters are the perfect answer. Efficiency and economy are achieved by separating the hot water generation from the space-heating requirement.

The heaters can be sized to accommodate specific demands and, in many instances, located close to the point of use thereby eliminating heat losses due to long pipe runs.

All gas-fired models carry the European Standard CE Mark.

MAXXflo Condensing Storage Water Heaters

(30kW-120kW)

The MAXXflo range of condensing storage water heaters with tank options of 200 and 300 litres capacity and a choice of eight sizes provide numerous solutions for both commercial and industrial applications.

The small footprint and multiple flue options enable the heater to be installed in unusually problematical locations. The high efficiency heat exchanger, modulating burners and tank design, allow the heater to generate hot water in the condensing mode up to 80% of the tank volume, producing an efficiency of 109%. ECA and WRAS approved.

ECOflo

Eight models with output ranging from 600 litres/hr to 1900 litres/hr through 50ºC temperature rise.

ECOflo models feature a low NOx pre-mix burner, up to 98% gross efficiency and a quite operation (51dBA).

NEOflo

(25kW)

The fully condensing premix burner comes in three stainless steel storage vessel sizes in robust powder coated casing, from 200 to 400 litres, also with the choice of an unvented or vented model.

Only requiring low minimum water pressure, the NEOflo also includes an integrated diagnostic with history as well as auto ignition, full BMS interface and digital temperature controls complete with digital temperature display.

With the option of twin or concentric room sealed, the NEOflo also includes a factory fitted T/P valve and its compact dimensions mean that it can fit through a standard doorway. WRAS approved.

FASTflo Including condensing options

(42kW-56kW)

Continuous flow wall hung heater for Natural Gas and LPG (propane).There is the option of an internal model with balanced flue options on external models. Flow rates of 13 litres/min (42kW) and 18 litres/min (56kW) on a 45ºC temperature rise. Condensing models now available.

SOLARflo offers a complete solar thermal solution for both direct-fired water heaters and commercial boiler applications. The package includes high quality solar collectors, single coil or twin coil duplex stainless steel cylinders, pump station, control unit and system expansion vessels.

AMBIflo (16kW - 20kW)

• Self contained one piece heat pump unit with closed and pre-charged refrigeration circuit
• No need for external refrigerant pipework or refrigerant handling during installation
• CoP of 3.2 for 20kW model and CoP of 3.9 for 16kW model based on air temperature of 2ºC and water 35ºC

The AMBIflo allows for left hand or right hand connections and has a noise level of just 44.1dBA (at 10 metres). The anti vibration mounting is included, as well as a BEMS interface. Duplex Stainless Steel pre-heat cylinders are available as a option.
