Grilles

Linear Bar Grilles: Four model types, seven flange styles, 0°, 15° and 30° deflection. A versatile range offering curved sections in either a vertical or horizontal plane, mitred corner sections. For use in sidewalls, soffits, cills or ceilings. Hinged access panels. Matching plenum boxes available.

Wall & Ceiling Grilles: Various model types available, including curved blade grille, single deflection grille and double deflection grille. Can be used in both supply or extract systems. Curved blade ceiling mounted grilles, single and double deflection grilles, egg crate grilles, perforated core grilles, fixed blade grilles, non vision grilles, and narrow or wide blade bar grilles.

Fire Block & Pressed Steel Grilles: A graphite based intumescent air transfer grille. Grilles have horizontal louvres with 30° downward deflection.

Cell Ventilation Security Grilles: Complies to the stringent requirements of the Ministry of Justice Prison Service specification and Home Office Police Custody Design Guide.

Linear Floor Grilles: Four model types. Light or medium duty recess mounting, light or medium duty surface mounting and light duty recess mounting rollout floor.

Panel Floor Grilles: A range of floor grilles from light to extra heavy duty. The range including the new CDA floor grille which combines class leading free area and extra heavy loading, is one of the most competitive packages available in today’s marketplace.

Diffusers

Circular Ceiling Diffusers: Four model types. Surface or duct mounting with fixed or adjustable air pattern. Circular cone ceiling or duct mounted diffusers, these diffusers are capable of a high aspiration rate and have the capacity to handle large volumes of air at relatively low sound levels for supply and extract applications, making these diffusers particularly useful for installation in open plan areas such as auditoriums, airport lobbies, supermarkets and factories.

Floor Swirl Diffusers: Air diffuser that can be mounted flush with the floor and be used from low to average temperature differences between supply air and room air. The diffuser can be used for cooling and heating with a maximum temperature difference of approximately 6K. Diffusers available to handle light and heavy loads.

Fixed Adjustable or Variable Air Pattern Ceiling Swirl Diffusers: Adjustable air pattern swirl, variable air pattern swirl, ceiling or duct mounted with circular or square ceiling panels. Purpose designed plenum boxes are available.

Square & Rectangular Louvre Face Ceiling Diffuser: A choice of fourteen different square or rectangular diffuser air patterns for either 1 way, 2 way, 2 way corner, 3 way or 4 way are available for supply air applications and matching return air. These dampers have a pleasing aesthetic, low profile appearance blending with most ceilings, especially modular systems. The ultra slim depth makes the diffuser ideal for installations with a limited ceiling void height.

Displacement Ventilation Diffusers: Available in four conventional shapes, corner, semi-circular, circular and rectangular. More unconventional trapezoidal and hexagonal shapes are also available. Accessories available include, spigot dampers, peripheral or bag filters, dividing rings and air direction vanes.

Perforated Face Ceiling Diffuser: A comprehensive range of ceiling mounted perforated face diffusers is available. Each diffuser produces a radial air pattern and even air distribution making the diffusers suitable for most applications including general office areas, public areas, restaurants and kitchens. Included in the range is a drop plaque perforated face diffuser.

Fixed 45° Blade Linear Ceiling Diffusers: Diffusers available in three flange styles, fixed 45° blade linear ceiling diffusers, 1 or 2 way linear diffuser. Available in individual or continuous lengths with mitred corner sections, fixed or removable core, opposed blade dampers. Plenum boxes designed to suit also available.

Round Duct Slot Diffusers: 1 to 14 slots or 1 to 4 slots, duct diameters of 50mm to 900mm. Cylinder inner deflectors with swivel discharge adjustment. Model Slot 20 and Model Slot 25 Linear Slot Diffusers: 1 to 8 slots, 20mm or 25mm slot widths. Ceiling or sidewall applications. Modular or continuous lengths, curved sections, corner pieces. Adjustable discharge pattern. Matching plenum boxes available.

Jet Diffusers: Available in jet or cylinder versions.
