Advanced Air has over 37 years experience in
providing the air conditioning and construction industries with
practical, no-nonsense air control and distribution products. We are
a customer led company responding to the needs of specifiers,
designers and contractors and offer high quality solutions.
A UK based company, with manufacturing facilities
in Thetford, Norfolk, we are also part of the successful Nailor
Industries International Group, which includes facilities based in
the USA and Canada. All our products are fully tested to the
relevant UK, European and International standards, with our fire and
smoke dampers included in the LPCB “Approved Products” list.
Fire & Smoke Protection
Fire/Fire Smoke Dampers
We offer a range of low leakage fire smoke
dampers, successfully tested for 4 hours to BS EN1366-2, which are
used to prevent the spread of fire and smoke in a ventilation
system. Our range also includes smoke and high temperature smoke
dampers, which can be used up to 300ºC for 120 minutes. The Advanced
Air curtain fire dampers provide a wide range of models suitable for
most applications.
Control Panels
Controlling the spread of fire & smoke is vital
to both occupants and the building itself, and Advanced Air’s range
of fire smoke damper control panels are available to provide
solutions to suit all requirements. From addressable systems, to
hard-wired panels, the range also includes the option of bespoke
units, which can be manufactured to suit specific customer
requirements.
Airflow Control Systems
Grilles, Diffusers & Louvres
We manufacture an extensive range of grilles and
diffusers including louvre face diffusers, linear slot diffusers,
linear bar grilles, eggcrate grilles, floor & ceiling diffusers, and
door transfer grilles. All are supplied in a variety of finishes,
powder coated to RAL9010 as standard, with other colours available.
Also available is a range of external weather louvres that
compliment the building design and are suitable for most wall
configurations.
Volume Control Dampers
Our variety of volume control dampers offers
value solutions and can be supplied with a variety of control
options, including motorised and manual control.
VAV Terminal Units
Advanced Air offers a variety of single duct and
dual duct units for different types of variable air volume systems.
We also manufacture fan powered VAV units that use advance brushless
DC motors to give lower energy consumption and simpler
commissioning.
Energy Efficient Systems
Fan Coil Unit
Advanced Air’s energy efficient EPIC range of fan
coil units offers infinite volume control and pressure independence,
i.e. as the filter gets dirty, the air volume will not change. Our
standard range of fan coil units can be supplied with Brushless DC
(EC), AC external rotor motor or fan deck options. The Epic range
offers specific fan power SFP of down to 0.15 w/l/s which is nearly
six times below the SFP of 0.8 w/l/s in the 2006 Part L Building
Regulations.
Chilled Beam
Advanced Air manufactures a range of energy
efficient active & passive chilled beams. This not only includes
ceiling recessed units but also multi service chilled beams
manufactured to a high standard to satisfy aesthetic & performance
goals.
Natural Ventilation
Advanced Air’s range of low leakage, low pressure
very accurate control drop dampers, grilles and external weather
louvres can offer a solution for your natural ventilation
