Range of water source heat pumps are now available with EarthPure
410A refrigerant, and connected to a two pipe water loop within the
building, each unit can be selected to provide heating or cooling as the
zone being served requires, thereby rejecting to / or extracting energy
from the loop, allowing energy to be transferred throughout the
building.
Connected to a ground source energy system no further supplemental heat
source or heat rejection equipment is required ensuring maximum energy
efficiency since only those heat pumps requested to be active will be
operational.
The internal 2 pipe water loop excludes large quantities of refrigerant
being circulated within the building allowing the use of polyethylene
pipe work reducing installation time and costs.
The range of water to air products includes horizontal and vertical
airflow machines and console units all having the following features:
- Microprocessor controls providing random start
- Condensate overflow protection
- Over/Under voltage protection
- Air & Waterfreeze protection
- Test facility
- Optional Factory fitted DDC controls
- “Ultra Quiet” & water & refrigeration pipework insulation
Each unit is factory tested on the assembly line with an advanced
computerized quality control system that checks up to 100 points on
every unit, including pressure tests, leak testing, refrigerant
charging, and a unit run test finally issuing a report card that is
shipped with the unit.

Operating Principle
Air/air or water/air heat pump, combined with a reversible heat pipe.
The heat pipe transfers heat from the extract air into the supply air,
without external energy being applied to make it functions. This
provides appreciable energy savings on operational costs on full fresh
air cycles (cooling or heating). The combined heat pump completes the
rest of the heating/cooling needs at high COP level.

Operating Principle
This unit is particularly unique: it can work as a water chiller, as
heat pump, or simultaneously as a chilled and hot water production
plant. It includes a complete hydraulic package (buffer tanks,
circulating pumps, pressure vessels, three way valves…).
The innovation of an ETT CATT unit lies in the total ability to transfer
the heat rejected from the cooling system to the hot water circuit
wether air source or ground source will result in high efficiency. The
package avoids any add on equipment and merely requires connection to
the power supply. Internal pipework and ground source energy system as
appropriate. This unit has been specifically developed for performances
flexibility on a polyethylene ground source closed loop. Each plant is
factory tested and is shipped with a functional certificate.
