Developed over the past 30 years, the Ryebrook range contributes to
the high-tech working environment demanded by modern industry,
offering a solution to most requirements for abrasion resistant,
hygienic, seamless floor and wall finishes in both new and existing
buildings. Modifications to standard formulations will be gladly
undertaken to meet specific requirements.
An initial survey and discussion identifies each client’s individual
requirements. Full specifications and costings are submitted, and
the whole operation, including surface preparation, is carried out
professionally and expertly by Ryebrook’s directly employed labour
force, thus providing the additional benefit of single source

Ryebrook Resins Ltd is one of the first companies in the seamless
flooring industry to receive certification under ISO 9001:200
BS5750: Quality systems. All products have been tested in accordance
with BS 6319: Testing of resin compositions for use in construction.
Ryebrook Resins offer a range of levelling screeds and coating
screeds for environments where floor coating is not suitable, as the
floors are not smooth or as level and as stable as they should be.
Ryebrook produce a wide variety of epoxy resin and polyurethane
flooring screeds, ranging in thickness, colour and load resistance,
impact resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, slip
resistance and bacterial resistance to meet the varying screed
flooring demands of such environments within the commercial,
industrial and public sectors.
Floor Screeding Solutions - Polymer Screeds
Polymer screed systems are used to enhance the physical properties
of cement-based floor screeds and repair compounds, improving the
strength. Floors can be levelled or gradients easily formed. Polymer
Screeds have a high bond capacity, which then allows for the screed
to be overcoated with a thin seamless resin system. Polyurethane
floor screeds are typically applied at a thickness of 6mm - 9mm,
providing excellent resistance to abrasion, heat and chemical attack
and other physical aggression.
Epoxy Resin Screeds
Epoxy resin screeds provide a heavy duty, chemical resistant, hard
wearing floor surface. Typically applied at a thickness of 4mm -
6mm, an ideal flooring solution in wet and dry process industries
which are subject to heavy traffic and light chemical attack. It
cures rapidly, giving a heavy duty floor finish with a decorative
and excellent abrasive resistance.
