Since its establishment over twenty years ago Walney has
provided central heating radiators and heated towel rails to
thousands of homes and businesses across the UK.
Central heating radiators include cast iron, die-cast and
extruded aluminium, steel panel, and tubular steel. To
compliment our central heating radiators we also supply a wide
range of radiator valves and accessories.
From an extensive stock holding at our 42,000 sq. feet facility
in Nottingham we provide heating solutions to contractors,
builders merchants, plumbers merchants, specifiers, interior
designers, architects and local authorities.
Cast Iron Radiators
Traditional cast-iron sectional column radiators, made from
traditional materials each adding its own distinct touch of
authenticity, as well as a feeling of warmth and comfort that
only genuine cast iron can provide.
There are five styles, with 31 different models, in ten heights.
(Up to 960mm high and from 60mm to 340mm deep).
Part of the build quality includes pre-finishing surface
treatment with an anti-corrosion primer.
Classic cast iron sectional radiators are the ideal cost
effective choice for contemporary and traditional properties.
Aluminium Radiators
Our aluminium collection of radiators combines energy efficiency
with style, giving the best of both worlds.
Using low water volumes, the heating is rapid, giving optimum
performance and noticeable cost-savings. The radiators are also
light weight compared to conventional models and therefore can
be mounted onto almost any wall.

These are sectional radiators a maximum for site installation is 60
sections – giving real flexibility.
Tubular Steel
Our comprehensive selection of tubular steel radiators not only look
great, but are extremely flexible too.
Designed to provide maximum flexibility tall and slim or low and
long, you can use colours and metallic finishes to make Tuba
radiators blend into a difficult recesses or produce an
architectural statement using strong vertical lines.
The standard finished is a white polyester powder coating; these
radiators provide a touch of traditional style to modern living.
From 300mm and up to 2500mm high you can add sections together to
produce almost any length.
Steel Panel
Manufactured from high grade, mild steel plate, these steel panel
radiators are of the smooth flat face concept and are suitable for
commercial, industrial and domestic applications. They are high
performance, high output heat emitters delivering both natural
convection and radiant warmth, and are designed for use within
indirect central heating systems. They are not suitable for direct
hot water systems.
The hot water supply flows with ease through unrestricted,
corrugated, rear ribbed sections and against the face panels,
providing cost-effective efficiency and, due to rapid heat-up, fuel
saving energy conservation.
Unobtrusive and pleasing to the eye, these steel panel radiators
come complete with end cover plates and attractive top outlet
grilles. The standard finish for radiators up to 80 sections
(2966mm) is a high-grade epoxy powder coating, satin white
(RAL9010). Radiators over 80 sections in length are supplied in a
primer finish. Designed to meet the requirements of NHS Estates
publication ‘Safe Hot Water and Surface Temperatures’ (ISBN
0113214049), Walney Radiators Low Surface Temperature (LST)
radiators are ideal for use in hospitals, nurseries, schools, homes
for the elderly and mentally handicapped.
Bathroom Towel Warmers
Walney Radiators offer one of the UK’s widest selections of heated
towel rails and bathroom radiators.
Capturing the spirit of the Victorian times, our traditional range
has taken the best from that era and provided the ultimate in period
sumptuousness.

Radiator Valves
Walney Radiator valves present the opportunity to provide practical
yet elegant solution to every requirement. From the functional and
versatile standard valves to the luxury look and feel of the
Crosshead valve. Alternatively, if you need something authentic and
rustic look at the traditional brass valves available as manual or a
TRV version.
