Greenbarnes Limited portfolio of signage and panel display board products is extremely diverse. It includes examples undertaken for a broad variety of clients including local authorities, schools, churches, architects, designers, developers and contractors and illustrates the variety of materials that they work with. These include timber, aluminium, brass, mild and stainless steel, recycled plastics, solid surfacing materials and composites. Lettering and graphics are created using the most appropriate technique for the job usually involving computer-cut vinyl, digital print, encapsulation or engraving.

Hardwood Notice Boards

Greenbarnes Ltd hardwood notice boards are built in oak with individual bays sized to accommodate 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, or 10 sheets of A4. They are available in 1, 2 and 3 bay designs as standard in landscape or portrait formats and can be specified as glazed, unglazed or a mixture of the two. All are available with a wide range of options and accessories, and all enjoy the benefits of the tried and tested design features.

Man-made Timber Notice Boards

Man-made Timber, manufactured from a mix of non-biodegradable polystyrene waste and virgin polystyrene offers a no-maintenance alternative to traditional timber which will not rot, warp fade or split. Greenbarnes were manufacturing MmT boards in 1994, long before the recent government initiatives to maximize the use of recycled materials. Early examples have become a lasting testament to the longevity of the material, resulting in a growing number of customers coming to appreciate the materials unique qualities, with installations nationwide, including in many sensitive locations.

AB and AF internal aluminium notice/display boards represent a stylish, durable and economical solution to the everyday job of displaying notices inside public buildings, places of work, schools, colleges etc. Standard features include a side-hinged lockable door, shatter-proof acrylic glazing and magnetic back panel. Alternatively, where the situation demands something prestigious, Greenbarnes provide a bespoke manufacturing service for hardwood framed boards. This allows architects, designers, specifiers and end users to ensure that this vital, but often over-looked aspect of décor is in keeping and with the quality and aesthetics of the whole interior.

Installation

Wherever possible signs and notice boards are designed with simplicity of installation in mind, allowing this aspect of the work to be undertaken by the client or a local contractor of their choice. However, for larger or more complicated installations they are able to offer a nationwide service using contractors.
