methods and applies them to the private home using recognised
suppliers such as Hansen Thermospan and Saint Gobain.
Unique mechanical fixings create clean and uninterrupted glass
structures without any external framing. Most structures are double
glazed using the highest performance toughened glass available
giving centre pane U-values of around 1.1 W/M2k. This high
performing glass will guarantee that clients designs will meet the
very tightest building regulations and far exceeds the performance
of regular conservatories.

with detailed designs and drawings and are able to advise of the
most suitable concept. This ensures visually stunning designs whilst
controlling the overall budget.

skin can be utilised depending on requirements. Double Skin allows
the complete structure to be designed with insulating glass units to
meet the latest legislative requirements. Laminated glass adds a
further dimension in terms of safety, particularly where the glass
is used in roof structures, canopies and atria. Applications

Warranty
Systems come with a 10 year warranty on materials and 5 years on
workmanship. Clear Living do however expect that their structures
will give trouble free maintenance for many more years.
