Fingershield Security Shield - Discreet & Durable Window Security
Security Shield is an industry accredited and police approved window
security system. There are no unsightly iron bars or metal grills as
Security Shield is a discreet and unobtrusive way to protect your
windows. From a distance Security Shield gives the impression that
the windows are fitted with tinted glass but at close quarters it is
a visible deterrent to would-be burglars or glass smashing vandals.

Security Shield - Hard-wearing window and door protection to

Vandal Shield - lower cost alternative to Security Shield
solely for the prevention of vandalism.
How does it work?
Security Shield protects property and glazing by preventing access
to windows. It is a durable metal screen mounted in front or behind
existing windows and complements existing windows and doors with
frames available in a variety of colours.
The perforated screen offers protection against unauthorised access
to the property through the window, or door, whilst also protecting
the glass against blows, rocks or even air gun pellets. The fixings
are neatly recessed within the frame and finished with a cap.
Fingershield Security Shield is attack tested to LPS 1175 Security
Rating 1 by The Loss Prevention Certification Board (Part of BRE).
The product is also accredited by the Secured by Design Award Scheme
which is a crime prevention initiative managed by ACPO CPI on behalf
of the Association of Chief Police Officers.

type. Alloy 6063 polyester powder coated.
Mesh: Perforated galvanised steel minimum Z200 2mm thick
hole pattern 4mm at 5mm staggered 60 degree pitch polyester powder
coated black.
Fixings: Countersunk head 4.5 or 4.8 case hardened. Bespoke
nylon protective one-way cap.
