We supply granite worktops and marble work tops nationwide, to both
private and trade customers.
All our granite and marble worktops are hand crafted to individual
requirements and a full templating and fitting service is available.
From a granite kitchen shelf to a commercial bar refit, we have the
experience and expertise to assure quality of both products and service.
Quince Stone Works began in 1973 as I. R. Quince Monumental Masons
serving customers in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and
Cambridgeshire. Since then we have diversified and expanded,
complementing traditional skills with modern machinery.
We now supply marble and granite kitchen worktops throughout the UK and
offer a 7-day from template to installation service.
With over 25 years experience in cutting, polishing and fitting natural
stone we are confident that you will appreciate the quality of our
products for years to come.
All the materials we use are natural and have taken millions of years to
form, every piece is unique and will add individuality to its
surroundings.
Granite is an igneous rock formed from cooling magma and comes in a huge
variety of colours. It is far harder than marble, and has a glassy
finish when polished. It is easily maintained and is scratch resistant,
making it very hygienic and a popular choice for kitchen worktops.
Marble is a metamorphic rock formed by the compression and heating of
sediment. It is not as hard as granite and doesn't take such a strong
polish. Its softer looks and less robust properties usually make it the
better choice for bathrooms.

We offer a choice of five different polished edges.
Your worktop may need cutouts to accommodate any sinks or hobs.
Splashbacks provide a hygienic alternative to tiles.
