ARCHITECTURAL ALUMINIUM COPING
The Alifabs architectural aluminium coping system provides a weatherproof, attractive, easily installed finish to parapet and perimeter walls, columns and piers of any thickness and shape. It is a high performance architectural solution, of a design original to Alifabs and based on our long experience with coping systems. Alifabs architectural coping has been awarded Agrément Certificate No. 87/1893.
The coping system has a unique design which provides the following features:
• Completely weatherproof and prevents water penetration into the top of wall. No fixings pass through it, and there are protected double neoprene seals at all joints.
• Automatically provides a clear drip on both faces, preventing water running down the wall.
• Every installation is purpose-made. The system can be manufactured to fit any width of wall, square and irregular corners, junctions etc. Even copings curved on plan can be produced.
• Ideal for both new and refurbishment work. It has been widely used where existing copings have failed, and it has overcome problems found in existing constructions.
• Traditional shapes can be reproduced as well as the standard profile.
• Very robust, strong and rigid. The metal thickness is 2mm minimum, compared with 0.9mm recommended by BS5628: Part 3:1985.
• Fixing is quick and simple. The fixing system automatically ensures accurate alignment. Fixing can usually be carried out from the roof, so no external scaffolding is required. This is particularly useful on renovation work.
• Attractive clean lines, no fixings are visible on the surface.
• Completely maintenance free.
• Fixing straps hold the coping slightly off the top of the wall, allowing ventilation underneath. The design will accommodate thermal movement, and special fixing straps are available for structural movement joints.
• Working drawings are prepared by Alifabs on CAD and can be e-mailed to the client.

CLICKFIX ALUMINIUM COPING
The Alifabs Clickfix aluminium coping system provides an economical, weatherproof, attractive and easily installed finish to parapet and perimeter walls.
• Well designed and fully engineered system but competitively priced, and economical both in material and installation costs.
• Completely weatherproof. No fixings pass through it, and there are protected double neoprene seals at all joints.
• Very simple and quick installation. Fixing method ensures accurate placing, particularly at corners and junctions.
• Fixing can normally be carried out from the roof so no scaffolding is required. This is particularly useful in renovation work.
• Clean lines; no fixings are visible on the surface.
• Completely maintenance free.
• Fixing straps hold the coping away from the top of the wall, allowing ventilation.
• Standard sizes held in stock (mill finish).

G146 GUTTER SYSTEM
The Alifabs G146 gutter system is a robust and durable extruded Aluminium high capacity box section of exceptional high quality and appearance. All joints are self-aligning and flush externally, whilst fixings are concealed to preserve the clean lines of the whole system. The jointing method is very reliable and makes installation easy. Mill finish is standard, but colour finishes can also be supplied. The system is complemented by a range of standard fittings that cover most requirements.
The G146 gutter system has a unique design which provides the following features:
• Extruded Aluminium section giving exceptionally high quality and appearance.
• Robust and durable with the strength to withstand high loading from snow, wind and maintenance access.
• Large volume capacity up to 5.57 litres per second.
• Self-aligning flush external joints to satisfy architectural requirements.
• Concealed fixings.
• Reliable and easy to install.
• Polyester powder coated finish to any BS or RAL colour.
• Additional deep box fascias available to create a strong eaves line.
• Concealed back outlets to gutter can be provided giving an exceptionally neat installation.
• Bespoke fittings and accessories can be made to achieve most design situations.

G55 GUTTER SYSTEM
The Alifabs G55 gutter system is a robust and durable extruded Aluminium medium capacity box / fascia section of exceptional high quality and appearance. All joints are self-aligning and flush externally, whilst fixings are concealed to preserve the clean lines of the whole system. The jointing method is very reliable and makes installation easy. Mill finish is standard, but colour finishes can also be supplied. The system is complemented by a range of standard fittings that cover most requirements.
The G55 gutter system has a unique design which provides the following features:
• Extruded Aluminium section giving exceptionally high quality and appearance.
• Robust and durable with the strength to withstand high loading from snow, wind and maintenance access.
• Medium volume capacity up to 1.91 litres per second.
• Self-aligning flush external joints to satisfy architectural requirements.

DOWNPIPE SYSTEM
The Alifabs Downpipe system complements both the G146 and G55 gutter systems. Both round and square sections are extruded from Aluminium to sustain the quality, appearance and robust characteristics of our gutter systems. All joints are self-aligning and flush externally, whilst fixing brackets are kept slim to preserve the clean lines of the whole system. The jointing method is very reliable and makes installation easy.
Mill finish is standard, but colour finishes can also be supplied.
The Downpipe system has a unique design that provides the following features:

Alifabs extensive experience in aluminium fabrication and architectural building products enable us to offer bespoke solutions. We can offer designs for sills, flashing, soffits, column covers or any similar area of work.
Design Features and Benefits:
