Flagpole Express Ltd are one of few UK based companies who
specialise in the production of flagpoles and banner display
systems.
With 16 years experience in the trade, they can supply bespoke
promotional items. As they design and fabricate all of their own
products, we have a lot more flexibility than most of their
competitors. All of the items they offer are designed specifically
for their clients type of business and Flagpole Express are certain
they will enhance a display and most importantly catch the eye of
potential customers.
Banner frame
Designed for outdoor and indoor use and constructed from anodised
aluminium squared box section. No screws or bolts, just simple and
easy to use push fit joints for effortless fast erection of frame.
Support legs are hinged to the frame uprights and can be anchored
down with the use of pegs, the frame then becomes tensioned when the
banner is in place. The maximum tube length is 1.8m so will easily
fit into the back of a car.
The frames are made from 5ft x 3ft modules to give flexibility to
suit different size banners, and as always - because Flagpole
Express fabricate all of their own products they welcome any non
standard ideas.
Each banner frame kit comes complete with pegs, aluminium frame,
elasticated hooks and instructions
Classic flagpole Range
Classic flagpoles are constructed from 60mm diameter aluminium tubes
with a 3mm wall thickness, powder coated white to give a long
lasting durable finish.
Classic flagpoles come complete with domed top, cleat and quality
5mm braided rope. All brackets are fabricated from mild steel, etch
primed and powder coated white to match.
Both 45 degree and vertical brackets are available in our standard
range, other angles are available for a small extra cost.
Portable flagpole range
The Flagpole Express range of portable flagpoles are constructed
from quality 50mm diameter aluminium tubes, powder coated white to
give a durable finish.
They're made in convenient 1.5m lengths so will easily fit into the
back of a car and each section fits easily and firmly together using
a simple push fit connection system.
Each flagpole kit is supplied with a base, pegs, and rope.
Standard wall mount flagpoles
An attractive range of flagpoles made from extruded aluminium tube
50mm in diameter, powder coated white to give a durable finish.
Comes complete with a domed top, cleat and quality rope.
Standard vertical and 45* brackets are fabricated in mild steel,
etch primed and powder coated white to match the flagpole. Other
angles can be fabricated upon request.
Recommended flag size is 1 1/2 yard for this type of flagpole.
Architectural (fibreglass) flagpoles
Flagpole Expresses range of single piece smooth taper fibreglass
flagpoles comes complete with gold finial, rope and hinged base
system to give the more traditional look.
Post mount systems
Flagpole Express range of post mount systems are manufactured in
house, so they can construct brackets to suit clients requirements.
Shown is a standard version made from mild steel, etch primed and
powder coated.
Each set comes complete with Stainless steel banding, bracket,
alignment screw and cable tie to secure the banner, a quick and easy
way to display the banner.
Banner masts
This system makes a big impact on a clients advertising. Fabricated
from steel or aluminium, this system incorporates an adjustable
bottom arm to tension and so allowing use of different length banner
as and when required. Simple system enables customers to change the
banners with relative ease. Sizes from 3m to 8m - prices on
application.
Forecourt flagpole
Flagpoles constructed from single piece quality 50mm diameter
aluminium tube and powder coated white to give a durable finish.
Comes with white domed top, cleat and quality rope.
The system can be used with our drive on base which is constructed
from steel, etch primed and powder coated.
Other signs and designs can be fabricated upon request.
High quality pvc and nylon bunting, plain bunting in various colours
or bespoke digitally printed bunting, Biodegradable paper bunting
now available.
