We are one of the UK’s leading independent lift companies
with offices currently in the Midlands and the Southern region. We have all current
accreditations and are part of the LEIA Group of Companies (Lift and Escalator
Industry Association).
Our lift packages incorporate the highest quality car
finishes and comply to all relevant British Standards and the forth coming DDA
regulations (EN81-70) upon request. Should your requirements be non- standard
we have a projects / design team at your disposal to meet your individual specific
requests. The installation will then be successfully carried out by our experienced
(CSCS accredited) installation engineers; all our commissioning engineers have
the minimum certification NVQ level 4.
As we believe maintenance of your new
lift installation will be essential to minimise the risk of lift failures, we
can offer reliable, competent service engineers fully conversant with our products.

European regulations, IEE regulations and Health and Safety within the elevator
industry. Our Health and Safety policy complies with the Health and Safety Agency
and can be viewed at any time. As members of the British Standards Institute (BSI),
we constantly receive updates on required specifications, ensuring that we maintain
our quality of service. At Technical Elevator Services we can provide risk assessments,
method statements and COSHH reports. This ensures quality and safety is never
compromised.
