These systems are available in stainless steel, aluminium, brass, pvc sleeved steel and toughened glass. Our employees have many years experience in the design, manufacture and installation of balustrade and staircases. This invaluable experience has been expertly applied to our current products. The balustrade and handrails that we offer are all "system products". This "system product" approach enables quality to be defined in advance, deliveries to be kept short, prices to be competitive, and "on site" time to be kept to a minimum. In addition to these benefits, we also fabricate the handrail to suit each individual site. This means that there will generally only be one mechanical joint in the handrail per flight of stairs. This approach combined with our experience, results in our fixer being on site for the minimum possible time and a final "quality installed product" . The Company and its Products S G System Products are specialists in balustrade and handrail systems. The company's balustrade and handrail systems have been developed to offer a complementary range which give a good selection to the client, both in design options and price, as well as applications. We aim to continue to improve our existing products and to add new products to the range. Quality, appearance, delivery, speed of installation and price will continue to be high on our list of design parameters. Our current range of balustrade and handrail systems now comprises six different product alternatives, all of which are available nationally (which includes the Channel Islands) either on a "Supply, deliver and fix" or "supply only" basis, the latter being most popular for straight lengths of handrail. Our products and services We offer a range of quality balustrade and handrails systems in stainless steel, aluminium, pvc sleeved steel, and brass, all with "bespoke" handrails, and various infill options. The product range includes: Stronghold ..a stainless steel system, Strading ..oval section aluminium handrail with twin stainless steel balusters, Stargard ..galvanised steel tube sleeved with 4mm thick pvc, Glassrail ..a structural glass system using 15mm or 19mm glass panels and stainless steel handrails, AL50 ..a tubular aluminium system with "thick wall" balusters for strength, and Citadel ..a tubular brass system. We visit site to take accurate, detailed site measurements which in turn are fed into the CAD drawings. These drawings then become the manufacturing drawings (as well as drawings for approval) complete with full size layouts for the fabricator. Fabrication starts once the approval has been received from our customer. Stage inspection is carried out, with final inspection before cleaning and wrapping prior to despatch to site. Our experienced fixers then install in accordance with the same drawings.
