Our modular buildings are provided in a range of module sizes to single or multi-storey’s to optimise your site footprint. Internally, you have complete flexibility to design your own layout to meet your individual requirements. These can be wide open space areas or a range of smaller and larger rooms complete with all the necessary welfare amenities. Our modular buildings can be used for a wide range of purposes including open space offices, classrooms, nurseries, canteens, medical centres, conference facilities, call centres, training rooms and a whole host of other applications.

When renting from us you decide the rental period at the outset and at termination simply advise us you’re finished with our buildings and we’ll arrange to dismantle and collect from your site – it’s as simple as that. The Elliott Fastrack approach provides a speedy solution to your building needs. All components used in the construction of the building shell are factory engineered and quality checked prior to delivery to site. As a result, assembly of the frame on site is carried out much quicker than in a more conventional building approach. This allows following trades to proceed at an earlier stage and within a weatherproof environment. This approach can reduce the construction phase by up to 40%. We make every effort to specify and use materials that are procured from a sustainable source. This method of construction ensures that the level of thermal insulation can be quite easily increased to improve the building performance and reduce on energy consumption at minimal capital cost.
