in a range of module sizes to single or multi-storey’s to optimise
your site footprint. Internally, you have complete flexibility to
design your own layout to meet your individual requirements. These
can be wide open space areas or a range of smaller and larger rooms
complete with all the necessary welfare amenities. Our modular
buildings can be used for a wide range of purposes including open
space offices, classrooms, nurseries, canteens, medical centres,
conference facilities, call centres, training rooms and a whole host

buildings and we’ll arrange to dismantle and collect from your site

that for you – no hassle, no worry.

- Externally finished brickwork, stone or a
multitude of dry cladding options.
- Window and curtain walling can be incorporated in
aluminium UPVC or timber to any configuration.
- Internal partitions and fit out to comply fully
with a client’s performance criteria.
The Elliott Fastrack approach provides a speedy
solution to your building needs. All components used in the
construction of the building shell are factory engineered and
quality checked prior to delivery to site. As a result, assembly of
the frame on site is carried out much quicker than in a more
conventional building approach. This allows following trades to
proceed at an earlier stage and within a weatherproof environment.
This approach can reduce the construction phase by up to 40%. We
make every effort to specify and use materials that are procured
from a sustainable source. This method of construction ensures that
the level of thermal insulation can be quite easily increased to
improve the building performance and reduce on energy consumption at
