years as the UK UPS subsidiary for Socomec Group, enabling a clear
understanding of the needs and requirements from UK clients. Their
loyalty enhances our pride and efficiency, which goes into each
project won, from initial enquiry right through to installation and
after sales service shows that Socomec UPS are an effective choice
for Uninterruptible Power Supply systems.
Socomec Group has over 40 year experience of
manufacturing UPS systems with a worldwide workforce of over 2200
people and has a strong international presence, including bases in
more than 70 countries.
MODULYS 1.5-6kVA
MODULYS offers total flexibility - it adapts to
various UPS architectures and installations and will change with your
business. With its range of power ratings and ability to switch from
tower configuration to a rack, and then to a system, MODULYS is the
most flexible and reliable system for protecting critical
applications.
Green Power 10-40 kVA & 100-200kVA
Designed especially for the IT industry to reduce
economic and environmental costs, whilst guaranteeing the efficient
operation of the user's systems and circuits, Green Power is a
family of static UPS systems, for loads with power factor 0.9.
With its 96% efficiency (as certified TÜV SÜD),
it’s highly evolved synoptics guide the user easily through the
operations. It also offers significant cost reductions, a lower
Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), with its integral EBS and BHC.
DELPHYS MP Elite & MX
Both the DELPHYS MP and MX ranges are ideal for
modern IT applications and can operate with leading power factor of
0.9 without de-rating. With its small footprint and IGBT rectifier,
it reduces the need to invest in oversized infrastructure (generator
and distribution) due to the low THDI.
DELPHYS MP Elite 60-200kVA: THDI of less than 3%.
DELPHYS MX 250-500kVA: THDI of less than 4.5%.
Static UPS Systems
STATYS Static Transfer Systems (STS) 32-1800A
STATYS is a highly “intelligent”,
breakdown-resistant STS. Its range of static load transfer systems
is available with power levels ranging from 32A to 63A in
single-phase rack versions or 63A to 100A three-phase rack versions
and up to 1800A three-phase cabinet or panel-integratable versions.
It can also select the right transfer time on the
basis of load type. Thanks to the “Break-Before-Make” switch, the
primary power source is opened first, and the transfer occurs on the
basis of the phase difference of the second source and the voltage
sag tolerated by the load.
Other Innovative UPS Options Include:
Micro/Single Phase UPS systems from 400VA to
24kVA

T. Service
Socomec UPS Systems’s remote 24/7/365 UPS monitoring
service responds efficiently to drawbacks that could affect a UPS,
without disruption to the end user. Based on telediagnosis and
telemaintenance concepts, it uses a digital modem link that gives
greater flexibility and better communication between the UPS and the
support centre.
The Socomec UPS support team use T.Service to
check the parameters needed to ensure smooth running, log the UPS
status, detect any abnormalities (without delay) and document
history reports. So in the event of a problem arising, Socomec UPS
are automatically informed and can diagnose the status, saving the
end user valuable time.
Other Innovative Maintenance Options Available:
Expert Battery System Technology (EBS)
Battery Health Check: Battery Monitoring (BHC)
The Socomec Group product range also includes PDU
systems (PDUs) and transfer switches.
