Distribution Boards

Merlin Gerin range of Isobar 4c distribution boards is more adaptable than its rivals with hundreds of combinations of 3 phase boards from a standard offer. Available in 125A and 250A, split load, the 3 phase offer is safe, high performing, fully tested, quality equipment. Incoming devices include isolators, MCCB, RCDs and contactors.

Wall Mounted Devices

The Safepact and MGF range of wall mounted MCCBs and fuse switches are available up to 630A with interlocked and padlockable handle options.

All units are 3rd party tested and provide positive contact indication throughout the range.

Main Distribution

The Powerpact 4 range of panelboards are available from 250-1600A providing Form 3b type segregation as standard Form 4 type 2 and 6 as options. All MCCBs have a unique clamp connection system enabling faster connection and installation times.

MCBs

The C60 range of MCBs are available up to 63A and 15kA in 1, 2, 3 and 4 Pole with B, C and D ratings. A wide range of accessories are available which include: shunt trips, auxiliary switches and undervoltage units.

MCCBs

The NS range of MCCBs are available in 4 frame sizes from 100-3200A with breaking capacities up to 150kA. Fully withdrawable units are available up to 1600A and a full range of accessories and communication options are available which include: motors, shunt trips and rotary handles.

ACBs - Air Circuit Breakers

The Masterpact NT and NW range of ACB's are available in 3 frame sizes from 630 - 6300A with breaking capacities up to 150kA and a range of fully integrated protection and instrumention units which can provide indication and measurement of harmonics, undervoltage and reverse power etc. All ACBs incorporate a patented arc chute filter system which drastically reduces the gases emitted during interruption of short ciruits providing increased safety for personnel.

Low Voltage lv Switchboards

Prisma Plus and Okken are a new range of fully type tested indoor LV switchboards up to 3200 and 6300A respectively. Their flexible design enables the use of MCBs, MCCBs, fuse switches, contactors and ACBs as well as the ability to incorporate distribution and motor control. Both systems are of a modular construction enabling simple assembly and extension.
