We offer a complete system design and application service. Cubicle switchboards are manufactured to comply with BSEN60439-1 (IEC60439-1), SB section 13-1, VDE, BS and NEN. Busbar Trunking Systems5 bar, 3-phase design gives greater flexibility and options. The range extends from 40 - 6300A and is complemented by a comprehensive selection of components and tap-off units. Transient Voltage Surge SuppressionA full range of AC power surge suppressors for commercial and industrial applications. Industrial Switch and FusegearAn extensive range including well known Exel and Glasgow switchgear plus a complementary busbar chamber system and comprehensive range of accessories. HRC fuses to BS88 are available from 2 - 1250A and distribution fuseboards from 20 - 200A. Motor Control GearADS7 starters fully comply with BSEN60947-4 and VDE0660. Direct-on-line starters up to 15kW metalclad (IP54), 11kW moulded (IP65) and star-delta versions are available with a variety of options such as integral isolator and reversing versions. Circuit Breaker Systems - MCB MCCBThe Memshield 2 MCB is capable of 10,000A (10kA) to IEC 898 (BSEN60898). The range covers 1 - 63A in four pole configurations. They are suitable for 415V 3-phase and 240V single-phase. The Memshield system also offers one of the widest ranges of moulded case circuit breakers available. The range extends from 16 - 1600A in seven frame sizes. Memshield 2 Modular Panelboard System (MPS) fulfils the requirement for higher rated, more intricate solutions. By choosing from the wide range of modules an ideal panelboard system can be created for an application. The MPS will provide far more flexibility than conventional panelboards at lower cost than an equivalent cubicle switchboard.
