KAM/KAP Lighting Busbars & Small Power System

The KAM range is specifically designed as a lighting busbar system due to the specification and rating of its tap off plugs.

The KAP range is specifically designed as a small power busbar distribution system for premises where small power loads are required

KO-II Plug-in Distribution Busbar System

KO-II Busbar system transports and distributes energy between 160 and 800A both vertically and horizontally. For safety, tap off points have automatic shutters which are both reliable and functional.

• 3 phase 4 wire, 3 phase 4, 5 wire & 3 phase 5 wire conductor options
• Tap off points at every 25 cm
• Continuously tin plated aluminium or copper conductors
• Sealable tap off points
• Block joint
• IP 55 degree of protection
• All ratings tested according to IEC 60439-2
• Polarity mechanism on joints ensures correct mounting of phases

KX Compact Distribution Busbar System

The perfect design for high current busbar systems from 630A to 6300A is the "compact” structure, where tin plated, insulated conductors are tightly placed into the aluminium housing giving a high performance robust and space saving solution.

• Tap off boxes can be installed into plug-in points or to bolt-on joints
• High fire rating
• High short circuit and low volt drop characteristics
• Single bolt joint construction which ensures quick & safe installation
• Clean earth option

• IP 55 as standard or IP 68 with resin encapsulated joints
• ‘Hybrid’ insulation, with resin coated bars wrapped in polyester B film
