Panels
Custom designed in-house electronics,
manufactured in our own production unit combined with bespoke
metalwork make a fantastically reliable, attractive and robust
system. Floodline Multi-Zone Control Panels
Operate a network of leak detection zones. A zone can be a single
point or many metres of leak detection cable in length and the whole
network is continuously monitored for leaks and continuity. Zones
are electrically isolated from each other, individually displayed
and can be any length to suit the application. Sensitivity can be
adjusted to suit site conditions. Panels come complete with common
or individual output relays and are battery backed in case of mains
power failure. Floodline 128 Zone Control Panel
The 128 system consists of a Control Unit with full LCD text
display and a Base Unit for connection of the leak sensor network. The
Control Unit provides clear and easy to understand status and alarm
information. As zones are electronically isolated from each other,
the system can accept and report any number of simultaneous or
consecutive alarms. Sensitivity can be adjusted to suit site
conditions. Output relays are provided for connection to remote
alarm, BMS etc. BMS connection can also be provided by RS232/485
communication. Zone capacity: 32, 64, 96, 128.
Floodline One Zone Control Panel Single zone water leak
detection control panel offers a low cost, stand-alone system where
a small amount of detection is required. One or more FLOODLINE
sensors can be connected. Floodline GroundHog
Mk. II A self-contained single zone leak detection controller
& sensor which can be mounted vertically or horizontally. It can be
connected to any control/BMS that has the facility to accept

Sensors for use with our FLOODLINE Control
Panels. Cable based and pure hardware versions for all types of leak
detection be it liquid or gas.
Floodline Multi 8 Zone Detection Cable Unique water sensitive,
full LSF-0H detection cable allows up to 8no separately reporting
detection zones from one length of cable. Multiple use once dried
can be reset at the Panel. Each zone is not affected by its
neighbours therefore multiple leaks are able to be reported at the
same time. Usually installed in floor voids and drip trays.
Floodline Multi 4 Zone Detection Cable Super Absorbent
and High Sensitivity. Used for over 10 years in areas where maximum
leak detection sensitivity is essential. Typical use would be
attached directly to pipework lengths.
Floodline Point Sensor A compact sensor for vertical or
horizontal mounting. Water touching its stainless steel probes
activates an alarm. Typically Used in Plant Rooms etc., and
monitoring for major water build-up. Floodline
FGS1000 Refrigerant Gas Sensor Can provide either stand-alone
Refrigerant Alarm system, be included as part of a larger water/oil
detection system or used as a dedicated refrigerant gas detection
alarm package. Floodline Oil Sensor Can
be included as part of a larger water leak detection system or one
or more can be used to provide a dedicated oil leak alarm system.
Multiple re-use, wipe clean and return to use. Available in vertical
or horizontal format. Also available for use within a double
contained pipe in pipe system. Floodline
Tundish / Overflow Sensor Designed to be attached to the
overflow of a toilet cistern or water tank to provide an immediate
automatic warning in the event of an overflow.
Floodline Pipe in Pipe Sensor (Double Containment) Based
around the Point Sensor but designed to fit into a female threaded
socket provided at strategic points in the outer pipe of a double
containment pipe. Floodline Flexi Pad Sensor
Specifically designed for installing in narrow voids (too
small for point sensors) or wrapped around pipes at valves or joints
where leaks are more likely to occur. Floodline
Single Zone Detection Tape For applications where very
sensitive detection is required in small lengths. Highly absorbent.
Accessories
Floodline Plug & Play Auto Connectors
Using RJ48 connectors. Allows instant foolproof connection for quick
no-hassle installation by any engineer, contractor or competent
person. Floodline Remote Alarm Provides a
secondary audible and visual warning of a leak or a system fault.
Floodline Solenoid Valve Control Panel Bespoke Panel
designed to activate solenoid/motorised valves on water pipework in
the event of a leak being detected minimising the potential
damage/disruption caused. Floodline Humidity /
Temperature Sensors Humidity and/or Temperature Sensors can be
installed as part of a larger water/oil detection system or as a
stand-alone alarm.
