The IS Limited has been in the industry of
providing lighting control solutions and lighting
automation in buildings for many years. Over the past 4 or 5
years there has been tremendous growth leading the company to be
recognised as a market leader in its industry.
The company has completed more than 1,000
projects ranging from commercial offices, schools, colleges,
hospitals, residential properties, leisure sector including pubs and
restaurants and hotels. We pride ourselves on the
ability to always have the flexibility, both in awareness of
client’s requirements and product development to continually stay
one step ahead of the market and competition.
Addressable lighting control modules come in a wide range of
products offering 10 independently addressable outputs on all our
lighting control modules. These can be switching, 1-10V or DSI/DALI
with the latter providing individually configurable ports for either
type of dimming so that you could have a mixture of switching, DSI
and DALI fittings all on the same LCM.
The Intelligent Solution was also one of the
first lighting control suppliers to be able to offer the DALI
monitoring facility from the LCM without the need of additional
equipment in the luminaire using the DALI inverter and in
conjunction with our systems partner CP Electronics. This gives full
monitoring, status feedback and emergency testing and reports to
BS5266, EN50172 and the new test requirement of IEC62034.
All the widely accepted forms of control are
available from us including presence detectors, daylight linking,
dimming, hard wired lighting control modules, scene setting, AV
interfacing and interfacing with most other types of control
required within this market sector. Development
plays a key role and largely attributes to the success that The
Intelligent Solution has had in the market place. The highly
successful graphical front end PC operating platform offers users
the ability to monitor and reconfigure any product on the system.
Any device can be graphically depicted including status of every
luminaire and if fitted with a DALI ballast the health of the lamps,
ballast and connections. If used with the
emergency inverter (EM Pro) the battery and inverter will also be
reported on the system. The front end works in a Window™ format and
will then provide a full scheduling calendar to test to all of the
BS requirements for emergency testing. Any scene set plate can also
be graphically depicted and controlled from the head-end.
DALI sub address lighting modules have just been introduced
to the range allowing up to 64 pre-address DALI ballasts to be
controlled on a single network pair, ideal for applications such as
Chilled Beam installations. New architectural
products are being introduced to the range all the time. A new range
of scene set plates based on the Wandsworth Group Series 2 & 3 range
of face plate has been developed. Programming from the plate now
allows the user to re-configure up to 8 scenes. New trailing and
leading edge phase dimmers are also now available.
The IS Limited recognised right at the start the need for the
highest levels of support both internally and externally, to this
extent we have a fully dedicated in house CAD department working to
the latest version of AutoCAD® 2009 and the largest direct employed
service and commissioning team, offering 1st class support in the
field. We continue to both develop new innovative
products and to support them providing the industry as the number
one supplier of lighting control systems. |
