This CPD is a concise introduction to the requirements of the current Building
Regulations as they apply to public washroom products. Following a brief
introduction to the Twyford Bathrooms company, the presentation goes into some
considerable detail about how the regulations affect public washrooms. The
Disability Discrimination Act is discussed, as is BS8300. Washroom
products, which are available to meet the requirements of disabled people are
shown and guidance about cubicle design is given.
