Uniflair Routine Maintenance

At Uniflair with over we understand the importance of maintaining critical cooling solutions.

Our approved Nationwide service and support is provided through our Support Desk which uses one of the latest software-based management systems. Our service teams consists of fully qualified and highly experienced engineers and technicians specialising in all aspects of pre and post sales technical support, repair, maintenance and service support.

With our Preventive Maintenance services your system will receive a full service by one of our experienced and fully trained engineers. This will incorporate a visual inspection and testing of the system and its environment, with a detailed report being issued on the system’s condition, highlighting any current or potential problems.

Uniflair's Routine Maintenance

For mission-critical operations we offer a 24-hour, 365 days a year service. This is manned by specialist staff who in many cases, can diagnose and solve a customer’s problem without the need for an engineer site visit. We ensure that we are always on hand to provide expert advice and immediate help.

Our Approved Uniflair services team provide SLA support contracts tailored specifically to the client's needs and business.

Emergency Callout

We offer a range of service contracts to maintain your Uniflair equipment throughout its life, with various emergency callout options including guaranteed 4 hour response times to most UK sites. For further information please contact our service department.

Uniflair Routine Maintenance

At Uniflair with over we understand the importance of maintaining critical cooling solutions.

All equipment manufactured by Uniflair is inspected and repacked in the main warehouse in Southend and stored ready for delivery in accordance with each client's particular requirements. Uniflair Ltd after sales service is backed by large stocks of major parts and consumables including fans, microprocessor controllers, humidifiers, filters and electrical switchgear.

Uniflair will act as the main Help Desk throughout the lifespan of all UK projects, with a comprehensive range of service and maintenance options including the availability of a 24/7 call-out service with guaranteed response times. On completion of each project after sales contact numbers will be provided to ensure continuing customer support throughout the life-span of the equipment.

Spare Parts

We hold the majority of spare parts and consumables for all Uniflair equipment at our UK warehouse in Southend-on-Sea, available for next working day delivery. Further stocks of parts are held at Uniflair HQ in Italy.
