Halle Orchestra

Selectaglaze Halle Orchestra After years of decay a refurbishment of the former St. Peter’s Church has brought this historic Victorian Grade 2 Listed building back to life. Located in Ancoats, a part of Manchester widely regarded as the world’s first industrial suburb, St. Peter’s is now fully operational as the home for the world renowned Hallé Orchestra and its associated Choirs.

St. Joseph's Catholic Primary School

Selectaglaze St. Joseph's Catholic Primary School In 1851, Frederick Faber (a hymn writer & theologian who converted from Anglicanism to the Catholic priesthood), founded a religious charity to “educate & help local poor children” providing an Infant School, Boys and Girls Day Schools and Night Schools “for those boys and girls who, being employed in selling fruit, sweeping crossings and similar occupations, cannot attend school in the daytime”

Pembury Hospital

Selectaglaze Pembury Hospital Reflecting the very latest in hospital design, the £226 million, 513 single bed roomed New Tunbridge Wells Hospital in Kent has been designed to address key issues, incl. patient privacy, dignity & infection control. The hospital features a dedicated Women and Children’s unit, into which a Level 2 Neo-Natal Unit has been provided to care for babies who require special and high dependency care.

Wiltshire Town Hall

Selectaglaze Wiltshire Town Hall The recent £22m remodelling and refurbishment of the 1930’s civic building and 1970’s office extension for Wiltshire’s County Hall in Trowbridge was undertaken to consolidate the majority of Wiltshire Council’s 95 offices into four hubs, reducing floor area by 50% and releasing 59 properties for disposal.

Basterfield House

Selectaglaze Basterfield House Following the devastating destruction of vast areas of the City of London during WWII the Local Authority ran a competition inviting architects to design an estate within the 7 acre Golden Lane area of East London. The competition was eventually won by Geoffrey Powell.

St. Pancras Railway Station

Selectaglaze St. Pancras Railway Station Originally part of St. Pancras Railway Station and the adjoining Midland Grand Hotel (now the five-star Renaissance Hotel), St. Pancras Chambers is a complex of 67 individually designed apartments carved out of the interior of George Gilbert Scott’s gothic Grade 1 masterpiece fronting London’s Euston Road.

Great West House
