Swish

Cellular PVC is a highly sustainable material. It is
well suited to the exposed conditions encountered at the roofline and on
clad façades. Situated in elevated positions and subject to extreme
weather conditions, these areas are difficult and costly to access and
maintain in a proper manner.
Swish Cellular PVC requires no maintenance; it will
last the life time of the building and can be fully recycled at the end
of its service life.
New Build - The BRE Green Guide (June 2008), which
underpins the Materials section of the Code for Sustainable Homes,
recognizes the sustainability of PVC building products and confirms that
they can help developers achieve high materials ratings under the Code.
PVC cladding over timber framework is classed as an
A+ external wall system, the highest rating available. In addition Swish
Cellular PVC cladding and roofline systems qualify as Tier 3 products
under Responsible Sourcing.
Refurbishment - In social housing and private rented
accommodation the landlord will be seeking to minimise maintenance
costs. Swish Cellular PVC offers the potential of a 60 year, maintenance
free working life. This minimises lifetime costs and may free up the
maintenance budget for the purchase of other CO² reduction materials
such as insulation.
Swish white cellular PVC profiles are backed by a 15
Year Guarantee. When eventually replaced, Swish profiles can be easily
identified and fully recycled. Swish cellular PVC profiles carry British
Standards Kitemark (KM 33730) and British Board of Agrément (91/2621/22)
certification. Swish Building Products is an ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO

Appearance
Swish Roofline and cladding profiles are available as
standard in White with selected profiles available in Anthracite, Cream,
Grey and Sahara Beige. A range of Roofline, cladding, window board and
trimming profiles is now available in Mahogany, Light Oak, Rosewood and
Black woodgrain effect finishes.
M-Boss is a range of embossed, wood grain fascias
that provides the perfect combination of a traditional timber
appearance, with the practical, low maintenance benefits of cellular
PVC. M-boss fascias are available in a number of sizes and are
complemented by matching corners and joints.
UPVC Fascias may be used with unvented or vented UPVC
soffits. Matching or contrasting soffit colours are available.
Applications
Replacement/New Build - A comprehensive range of load
bearing fascia boards in a choice of roof cladding profiles including
standard Square, Bullnose and decorative Ogee designs.
Roofstyle and Decorative Roofline bargeboards provide
increased design choice. Roofstyle is a system of moulded components
used in varying combinations to produce feature bargeboards. The
Decorative Roofline range of convex and concave bargeboards is produced
from 16mm boards with the design created by an angled cut to the lower
edge.
Refurbishment - A range of 9mm boards in traditional
square and decorative ogee designs featuring a return bottom leg to
receive lay-on soffits.
Eaves Ventilation - POLO ventilated soffits are
available with either a single or double row of air slots to provide
ventilation equivalent to a 10mm or 25mm wide clear air gap. TeeGee and
Open V Polo profiles are interlocking cladding profiles with one row of
slots equivalent to a 10mm wide air gap providing scope for creating
deep soffit designs.
Cladding System - A comprehensive range of profiles
in a choice of four styles: Shiplap, Open V, Tee Gee or Feather Edge for
horizontal, vertical and diagonal/herringbone installation.

A dedicated technical team is available at all stages

guidance on the compilation of relevant NBS clauses.
