Luxury Vinyl Tiles

Luxury vinyl tiles are available in wood, stone, slate, marble and abstract designs with highly realistic embosses. Various tile/plank sizes and gauges are available for heavy commercial use areas and light commercial applications. Choose from: Expona Design PU, Bevel Line PU, Polyflor Kudos PU and the Camaro Flooring Collection.

Heterogeneous

Forest fx PUR is a wood effect vinyl sheet floorcovering with polyurethane reinforcement ensuring high durability and maintenance cost savings for a broad range of commercial applications. The flooring can be hot or cold welded, creating an impervious, continuous surface ideal for hygiene critical areas.

Acoustic

Polyflor offer four main acoustic flooring solutions, each tailored to meet both refurbishment and new build projects: three are ‘ready made’ heterogeneous acoustic collections - Acoustix Gallery fx PUR, Acoustix Forest fx PUR and Polysafe Wood fx Acoustic PUR - the fourth is Polyflor Acoustifoam, which can be utilised with many standard Polyflor vinyl and rubber sheet products in a combination system. In line with Building Regulation Part E, all Polyflor Acoustic collections are manufactured in accordance with EN ISO 140-8.

ESD

The Polyflor ESD range conforms to world-wide computer and electronic standards, eliminating the problems of electro-static discharge by facilitating a uniform flow of static electricity to a ground point. Polyflor ESD products are ideally suited for applications in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, electronics and clean rooms and are available with a choice of marbleised or non-directional decoration.

Sport

Polyflor Sport 67 and heavier gauge Polyflor Sport 80 conform to EN14904, the European standard for sports flooring and meet all Sport England requirements. They provide underfoot resilience and long life, demanded by high traffic applications and are suitable for many indoor sporting activities including football, badminton, tennis, netball and basketball. Colours available are blue, green and a maple wood effect. Both have closed cell foam backing and a top wear layer featuring a polymer surface treatment for enhanced protection and easier on-going maintenance.

Semi-Flexible Tiles

Polyflor’s commercial grade semi-flexible tiles are manufactured in a wide range of shades and decorative effects. They provide an economical option for projects with small budgets.

Rubber

The SaarFloor range of synthetic rubber sheet and tile is designed for heavily trafficked areas where durability, resistance to cigarette burns and ease of cleaning are important. The collection features a variety of decorational options and surface profiles with a wide colour palette of contemporary shades.

Environmental Credentials

Polyflor is ISO 14001 accredited, with environmental policies and objectives in place to ensure that targets are met and there are continual improvements regarding cutting carbon emissions and reducing energy and waste on site. Recycling is key to Polyflor’s business. Vinyl flooring is 100% recyclable and Polyflor recycle post production waste as well as post consumer waste, being one of two founder members of Recofloor, an industry funded vinyl take-back scheme. Polyflor has 26 ranges individually assessed and certified by BRE Global Ltd, 25 achieving an A+ rating and one achieving an A rating in key use areas (certification ENP336, ENP415 and ENP429).
