Luxury Vinyl Tiles
Luxury vinyl tiles are available in wood, stone and abstract effects with highly authentic surface textures. Various tile/plank sizes, gauges and wear layers are available to meet the demands of heavy commercial interiors, through to housing projects. Our Expona luxury vinyl tile collections include Expona Control PUR which is the first LVT in the world to offer sustainable slip resistance in wet areas. Other LVT ranges include Expona Design PUR, Expona Commercial PUR, Bevel Line PUR, Camaro PUR, Colonia PUR, Camaro Loc PU and our latest innovation Affinity255 PUR.
Affinity255 PUR is a heavy commercial LVT with a 2mm gauge providing a seamless flooring solution when installed alongside 2mm vinyl sheet flooring. In addition to LVT’s Expona Simplay PUR is a heavy commercial loose lay collection designed to be installed without adhesive, reducing installation time.
Polyflor’s Heterogeneous ranges consist of wood, stone and mineral effect vinyl sheet floor coverings and the latest development, the single solid colour collection Bloc PUR. All ranges feature a polyurethane reinforcement, ensuring high durability and maintenance cost savings for broad commercial market applications. Heterogeneous flooring can be hot or cold welded creating an impervious, continuous surface ideal for hygiene critical areas. The Expona Flow collection has been specifically developed for very heavy commercial installations. Designed for domestic and light commercial interiors, we have two Luxury Vinyl Sheet collections, Secura and Designatex, available in 2m, 3m and 4m widths with R10 slip resistance. Both ranges have an impact sound reduction of 19dB and 17dB respectively and can be loose laid in the majority of domestic installations, saving time and adhesive costs.
Polyflor offer a range of acoustic flooring solutions, each tailored to meet both refurbishment and new build projects. Ranges include some ‘readymade’ heterogeneous acoustic collections; Acoustix Forest fx PUR and Polysafe Wood fx Acoustix PUR. Polyflor also offer Acoustifoam, which can be utilised with many standard Polyflor vinyl and rubber sheet products in a combination system. In line with Building Regulation Part E, all Polyflor Acoustic collections are manufactured in accordance with EN ISO 10140-3 (EN ISO 140-8), and exceed impact sound reduction requirements, achieving at least 18dB.
The Polyflor ESD range conforms to EN ISO 10581 and eliminates the problems of electro-static discharge by facilitating a uniform flow of static electricity to a ground point. Polyflor ESD products are ideally suited for applications in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, electronics and clean rooms and are available with a choice of marbleised or non-directional decoration.
Polyflor Sport 67 conforms to BS EN 14904, the European standard for sports flooring and meets all Sport England requirements. The flooring provides underfoot resilience and long life, demanded by high traffic applications and is suitable for many indoor sporting activities, including football, badminton, tennis, netball and basketball. It has closed cell foam backing and a top wear layer featuring a polymer surface treatment for enhanced protection and easier ongoing maintenance. Colour availability: blue, green and maple wood effect.
Polyflor’s commercial grade semi-flexible tiles are manufactured in a wide range of shades and decorative effects. They provide an economical option for projects with small budgets.
The SaarFloor range of synthetic rubber sheet and tile is designed for heavily trafficked areas where durability, resistance to cigarette burns and ease of cleaning are important. The collection features a variety of options and surface profiles with a wide colour palette of contemporary shades.
