Homogeneous

A selection of heavy-duty contract vinyl sheet and tile floorcoverings in traditional marbleised patterns or high design non-directional decorations: Pearlazzo PUR, Prestige PUR, Mystique PUR, Classic Mystique PUR, all with non-directional design, combine a superior closed surface finish and polyurethane reinforcement to facilitate a lifetime polish-free cleaning regime; cutting maintenance effort and costs throughout the life of the floor. Traditional marbleised designs include: Polyflor Standard XL; XL PU, with the benefit of a polyurethane surface treatment for initial protection and reduced maintenance; and 2000 PUR with polyurethane reinforcement for low-cost, lifetime polish-free maintenance.

We can report that more than 90% of Polyflor’s homogeneous sheet vinyl sold is certified through BRE Global for their environmental profiles, receiving an ‘A’ rating in the major use areas of health and education, Cert No. ENP336.

Safety

The Polysafe collection of heavy-duty vinyl safety floorings incorporates various safety aggregates including coloured quartz, natural recycled aggregates, aluminium oxide and silicon carbide particles for enhanced slip resistance. The range offers an excellent choice of decoration and colour without taking away from Polysafe’s rationale – to provide slip resistant performance, underfoot safety and ease of maintenance. Six safety flooring ranges incorporate Polysafe PUR, a high quality, cross-linked polyurethane reinforcement, UV cured to provide superior cleaning benefits, life cycle maintenance savings and optimum appearance retention.

Polysafe Corona PUR colours co-ordinate with other Polyflor smooth vinyls across use areas. Polysafe Vogue Ultra PUR combines high performance with an attractive, multi-chip decoration. Polysafe Strata is a range of heavy-duty safety floorcoverings incorporating an attractive, multi-flake decoration.

Polysafe Standard is a proven safety flooring with a fresh colour palette and an improved formulation. Polysafe Hydro and Polysafe Hydro Evolve feature a raised profile emboss for continually wet and barefoot areas. Polysafe Ultima gives enhanced slip resistance for commercial kitchens and food preparation areas, achieving a surface roughness of Rz ³70µm to deal with oil spillages, a pendulum wet test result of ³40 and an R11 rating. Polysafe 3.5 is available for extra heavy-duty applications.

Decorative safety ranges include Polysafe Wood FX PUR and Polysafe Mosaic PUR for use at front and back of house; as well as Polysafe Wood FX Acoustic PUR for dual acoustic and slip resistant performance, in excess of Building Regulation Part E requirements.

All Polysafe ranges fully conform to the European Norm for safety flooring - EN 13845 and adhere to HSE Guidelines, achieving results of ³36 in the RRL Pendulum Test (wet test - using 4S Rubber/Slider 96) and a surface roughness of Rz ³20µm. Polysafe floorcoverings achieve a maximum Agrément rating of G5ws and offer sustainable slip resistance throughout the guaranteed life of the product.

All Polysafe ranges are individually certified by BRE Global as having an environmental A+ Rating (Certificate No: ENP 336 & ENP 415) in major use areas such as education and healthcare.
