The Polyflor product range provides durable,
easy-to-maintain and hygienic options for a full range of safety flooring,
vinyl flooring, rubber flooring, vinyl tiles, vinyl sheet and contract flooring.
Product Portfolio
The foundation of Polyflor’s success is our

for any installation. Polyflor has dedicated and experienced
personnel within its salesforce, technical department and design
team, to provide comprehensive support. Our website provides a

colours and samples. Expressions is the Polyflor computerised
waterjet service that turns your thoughts into reality. Anything and
everything is possible from logos to landscapes. All you have to do
is imagine it.
Homogeneous
A selection of heavy duty contract vinyl sheet
and tile floorcoverings in traditional marbleised patterns or high
design non-directional decorations: Prestige PUR, Mystique PUR,
Classic Mystique PUR, all with non-directional design, combine a
superior closed surface finish and polyurethane reinforcement to
facilitate a lifelong polish-free cleaning regime; cutting
maintenance effort and costs throughout the life of the floor.
Traditional marbleised designs include: Polyflor Standard XL; XL PU,
with the benefit of a polyurethane surface treatment for initial
protection and reduced maintenance; and 2000 PUR with polyurethane
reinforcement for low-cost, lifelong polish-free maintenance.
We can report that more than 90% of Polyflor’s
homogeneous sheet vinyl sold is certified through BRE Global for
their environmental profiles, receiving an ‘A’ rating in the major
use areas of health and education, Cert No. ENP336.
Safety Flooring
The Polysafe range of heavy-duty vinyl safety
floorings incorporates coloured quartz, aluminium oxide and silicon
carbide particles for enhanced slip resistance. The range offers an
excellent choice of decoration and colour without taking away from
Polysafe’s rationale – to provide slip resistant performance,
underfoot safety and ease of maintenance. Polysafe Corona and
Polysafe Astral feature Supratec+, an exclusive polymer system with
polyurethane, which brings significant and sustainable maintenance
benefits in terms of reduced life cycle cleaning costs, improved
cleanability and appearance retention.
Polysafe Corona colours co-ordinate with other
Polyflor smooth vinyls across use areas. Polysafe Vogue Ultra
combines high performance with an attractive, multi-chip decoration.
Polysafe Strata is a range of heavy duty safety floor coverings
incorporating an attractive, multi-flake decoration.
Polysafe Standard is a proven safety flooring
with a fresh colour palette and an improved formulation. Polysafe
Hydro features a raised profile emboss for continually wet and
barefoot areas. Polysafe Ultima gives enhanced slip resistance for
commercial kitchens and food preparation areas, achieving a surface
roughness of Rz ³70µm to deal with oil spillages, a pendulum wet
test result of ³40 and an R11 rating. Polysafe 3.5 is available for
extra heavy-duty applications.
Decorative safety flooring ranges include Polysafe Wood FX
and Polysafe Mosaic for use at front and back of house; as well as
Polysafe Wood FX Acoustic for dual acoustic and slip resistant
performance, in excess of Building Regulation Part E requirements.
All Polysafe ranges fully conform to the European
Norm for safety flooring - EN 13845 and adhere to HSE Guidelines,
achieving results of ³36 in the RRL Pendulum (wet test - using 4S
Rubber/Slider 96) and a surface roughness of Rz ³20µm. Polysafe
floorcoverings achieve a maximum Agrément rating of G5ws and offer
sustainable slip resistance throughout the guaranteed life of the
product.
Seven Polysafe ranges are individually certified
by BRE Global as having an environmental A+ Rating (Certificate No:
ENP 336) in major use areas such as education and healthcare.
