Vengen²⁸ Thermal Break Aluminium Louvre Window

Vengen²⁸ is a high quality double glazed thermal break aluminium louvre window system offering unique solutions for all your natural and smoke ventilation needs. In today’s environmentally conscious economy, Vengen²⁸ provides a natural, cost effective and low carbon solution and meets today’s requirements for sustainable buildings.

Vengen²⁸ is glazed with a 28mm thick double glazed sealed unit or alternatively a twin metal skinned insulated panel can be provided in lieu of the glass. Continuous double weather strips to the jambs and neoprene 'flipper' seals to the horizontal glazing bars, enable class leading water and air tightness to Class 4.

Available in standard single spans up to 1500 mm wide, wider widths and continuous runs can be achieved using self and coupling mullions. Several operators are available from manual handles or a range of motors that incorporate 'anti finger trap' as standard, as well as linear and mechanical fail safe variants.

Natural Air Ventilators

Naco’s natural air ventilators have been developed for schools and similar buildings where controlled fresh air inlet is required. The system is flexible and enables any of the Naco range of metal louvres to be used in conjunction with insulated, aluminium or plastic blade dampers and caters for virtually any combination of height and width sizes. The design ensures class leading air and weather tightness combined with excellent ‘U’ values. New for 2012 the NAV range will offer heating coils and fan assisted variants together with roof terminals.

Metal Louvres

Our metal louvre range covers ‘industry standard’ products such as our 50, 75 and 100 series fixed blades together with our storm louvre options designs - two horizontal blade configurations and our top of the range vertical blade louvre which is ideal for use where dry room conditions are required. Together with sight proof, movable blade and acoustic applications, our metal louvre range gives the architect and designer a full range of products to meet any application.

Sunscreens

We offer simple Z blade fixed screens together with a range of ellipsoid blades some of which may be fixed or adjustable. Ellipsoid blades are used for both horizontal screens above windows or for vertical screens in front of windows.

Sunscreens continue to be popular for many applications in commercial buildings, meeting the needs for control of solar gain and energy conservation while offering designers a palette of possible effects with the external cladding.

FlowBar

FlowBar is an architecturally designed high capacity linear slot diffuser. It is designed to combine a very high air handling capacity with maximum flexibility and is suitable for either ceiling or side wall applications. The flexibility of the system can blend into a design or provide contrast with its striking but simple design.

FlowBar is a flexible system that can provide straight lines or curves to blend with other architectural elements and enhance the overall concept of the project. FlowBar is offered on a supply only basis.

Finishes & Installation

All products are available in a range of architectural finishes and are offered on a supply or supply and fix basis. We offer a full site survey, design and fixing service where required. With the high commitment we offer towards managing our projects and heath and safety considerations, we are able to work in all site environments and undertake risk assessments and method statements as a standard part of our working practice.
