Naco, a brand division of Ruskin Air Management
Limited, is a specialist in quality louvres and has been developing
and expanding its products for the building industry over the last
forty years. It now offers an excellent range of standard and
performance metal louvres, glass louvres and sunscreens which can
fit with the most demanding of architectural and style requirements
as well as building regulations.
Weatherbeta 32
A new thermal break louvre from Naco
incorporating the same high quality and style set by Weatherbeta
single glazed and Weatherbeta 24 double glazed systems. The new
thermal break Weatherbeta provides a 32mm insulated glazing unit and
continuous double weatherstrips contained within the jamb profiles.
Weatherbeta 32 is available in spans up to 1500mm wide and is
available in single, double or triple panel units and may also be
coupled using a clamp mullion system. Several motor options are
available, including 230v linear, 24v modulating and failsafe spring
open / closed. This latest addition to the Naco glass louvre range
meets today’s requirements for insulated window profiles.
Natural Air Ventilators
Naco’s natural air ventilators have been
developed for schools and similar buildings where controlled fresh
air inlet is required. The system is flexible and enables any of the
Naco range of metal louvres to be used in conjunction with
insulated, aluminium or plastic blade dampers and caters for
virtually any combination of height and width sizes. The design
ensures class leading air and weather tightness combined with
excellent ‘U’ values.
Metal Louvres
Our metal louvre range covers ‘industry standard’
products such as our 50, 75 and 100 series fixed blades together
with our storm louvre options designs - two horizontal blade
configurations and our top of the range vertical blade louvre which
is ideal for use where dry room conditions are required. Together
with sight proof, movable blade and acoustic applications, our metal
louvre range gives the architect and designer a full range of
products to meet any application.
Sunscreens
We offer simple Z blade fixed screens together
with a range of ellipsoid blades some of which may be fixed or
adjustable. Ellipsoid blades are used for both horizontal screens
above windows or for vertical screens in front of windows.
Sunscreens continue to be popular for many applications in
commercial buildings, meeting the needs for control of solar gain
and energy conservation while offering designers a palette of
possible effects with the external cladding.
Nacoscreen Solar Shading
Our Nacoscreen system can be used as a heat /
chill barrier in front of primary windows, or as an adjustable or
fixed glass louvre system, as a sunscreen or as a fixed vision
screen. Nacoscreen offers longer blade spans than available with the
Weatherbeta range of glass louvres with glass types from 8 mm
toughened up to 12mm laminated.
Finishes & Installation
All products are available in a range of
architectural finishes and are offered on a supply or supply and fix
basis. We offer a full site survey, design and fixing service where
required. With the high commitment we offer towards managing our
projects and heath and safety considerations, we are able to work in
all site environments and undertake risk assessments and method
statements as a standard part of our working practice. We are also
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 registered.
