Leaderflush Shapland continues to grow as the UK’s largest performance door and doorset manufacturer. Fully bespoke products are suitable for internal and external use which can be applied to a multitude of environments such as health, education, commercial, industrial, public buildings, leisure facilities and many others.

The Company were the first in its industry to develop and implement tracking systems independently assessed by the FSC Trada Trak accreditation scheme: TT-COC-1844. We also manufacture all fire resisting products under the intensive BWF-CERTIFIRE scheme.

Designer

The Designer Range provides complete freedom in flush door and doorset design. Popular options included 4 frame types and 11 vision panel designs - all of which have been fire-tested and certified, finishes can range from veneer, PVC, paint, metal and laminate. Non-rated, FD30 and FD60 with an infinite variety of sizes (dependent on fire and manufacturing limitations) can be accommodated.

Plasform®

Postformed edged doorsets have been developed to meet hygiene, safety and operational requirements which can be used in various applications/environments. A wide choice of facings are available including Hygieniform PVC, Envision and decorative laminates; all facings provide an easy to clean surface that do not support bacteria growth

Extended Performance

The range offers enhanced characteristics including acoustics - up to 46 RwdB, fire resistance up to FD120, radiation shielding, security - up to ‘delayed entry level 3’, R2 ballistic resistant, blast resistance and antimicrobial protection.

Other Products

Envision® - A new facing option using graphics/photographic imagery as part of the overall design, it is digitally reverse printed and encapsulated by 2mm of material, providing image protection against wear.

Anti-Microbial Additive - Added within the matrix of the wood lacquer and is applied to all veneered doors and frames. Provides protection against harmful bacteria such as C.Diff, E.Coli, Salmonella and MRSA.

Hygieniform™ - Hygieniform is an innovative, anti-bacterial facing option. It incorporates an anti-microbial additive throughout the complete 2mm thickness of the high-impact PVC so that even if the surface is scratched, it still provides protection against harmful bacteria.

Sentinel™ - Is an innovative hand and finger protection solution using a pivoted design with timber elements offering a discreet and aesthetically pleasing solution without compromising on design or certain performance characteristics.

EnduraCor™ - This cost-effective engineered performance core is both versatile and stable. It is the ideal core when there is a requirement for extra width and height within the doorset specification. It is environmentally friendly with all materials being either FSC accredited or verified, legal and sustainable.

Intelliglass® - Is an intelligent glazing system that provides privacy at the flick of a switch using liquid glass technology.
