Redland Roofing Range Roof Tiles Roofing Systems

With over 80 years experience in manufacturing roof tiles and fittings, Redland probably know more about roofing than most. Redland’s research and windtunnel testing facility ensures that high standards are maintained and continuously improved. All tiles are either Kitemarked or have Agrément certificates. Redland’s tiles, ventilation systems and dry-fix products are suitable for both re-roofing and new build developments. However, in re-roofing situations, Redland recommend that the existing roof structure is checked prior to any work being carried out. Additionally, all tiles and slates should be fixed in accordance with BS 5534.

Services

Redland provides two key services to Architects.

SpecMaster – a guaranteed roof covering specification service that saves the timeconsuming process of working out specification details. SpecMaster ensures that the specification for Redland products is technically suitable for the roof and that they are mutually compatible.

Benefits:

Windloading and fixing specifications comply with BS 5534 & BS 6399
Ventilation solutions comply with BS 5250 and Building Regulations Approved Document F2
The specification covers workmanship for leadwork, mortar bedding and carpentry all complying with BS 8000
The specification clauses are in National Building Specification -based (NBS) format
Using SpecMaster entitles you to the Redland SpecMaster guarantee covering design liability and roof performance for 15 years

Complete the data sheet and return it to the address given on the form and we will provide you with your bespoke roof specification
DesignMaster - a comprehensive CAD library of over 5,000 quality roofing drawings conveniently provided on a single CD-ROM, or freely available for download from www.redland.co.uk/designmaster
