Collectively providing a wide range of solutions, including concrete
blocks, roof tiles, paving and architectural masonry. CEMEX also design
and deliver precast floors and bespoke products and are the leading
supplier of precast rail solutions. There is also a range of general and
specialist packed products, including concretes, screeds and plasters
and a range of plastic cavity closures.
Roofing
Russell Roof Tiles manufactures a range of concrete
roof tiles and fittings designed to meet the requirements of most roof
applications. Russell Roof Tiles also manufacture an extensive range of
dry-fix and roof-ventilation products suitable for both new and
refurbishment projects that are designed to meet building regulation
requirements. Products are produced using state-of-the-art technology in
accordance with the requirements of BS EN 490: 2004 “Concrete Roof Tiles
and Fittings- Product Specifications”.
Blocks
With the ReadyBlock® range of Dense and Lightweight
Concrete Blocks from CEMEX, you are assured to find the building
solution you need, manufactured to comply with the requirements of BS
EN771 Part 3. Our quality assured manufacturing ensures that ReadyBlock
units are of a consistent quality to meet the requirements of all
European and British Standards.
Paving
ReadyPave®’s extensive range of concrete block paving
and accessories are designed to bring individuality to your project,
whether its a small or large patio, pathway, garden feature or driveway,
ReadyPave® will have the solution.
VillageStone® is our range of concrete decorative
paving and accessories which is designed to enhance your garden, be it a
patio, pathway or garden feature.

Precast
Rail products
Our range of pre-stressed concrete railway sleepers
and crossing bearers are used in high-speed, main-line railway track
applications and railway line interchanges. All concrete railway
sleepers and crossing bearers are produced to Network Rail
specification, BSI-accredited ISO 9002 quality assurance and Link-Up
accreditation standards. Products are rigorously tested in a
state-of-the-art, on-site laboratory. Other rail products include
precast cable troughing, an economical and effective power and telecoms
protection system, the award-winning StepSafe precast platform system
and track ballast.
Concrete Floors
Our concrete floor system has been developed to
provide a highly effective yet easy to install flooring system.
Readyfloor is a suspended flooring system composed of prestessed
concrete beams with standard blocks providing the infill. This method of
construction overcomes many difficulties on site, including costly
excavation and consolidation of backfill prior to oversite concrete
being placed.

These are available from our precast products
business for a multitude of applications including car parks, sea
defences, retaining walls and stair flights.
