Roofing
Man-made Slates
Manufactured to BS EN 492:2004 in a factory
operating a quality management system complying with BS EN 9001:2000
and an environmental management system complying with BS EN
14001:2004. Cembrit Ltd fibre cement slates are covered by BBA
certificate 03/4041. NBS specification clauses H61 are available via
our website.
WESTERLAND Slate - Natural looking fibre
cement slate with a dressed edge and textured surface available in
Welsh blue, blue/black or graphite colours.
ZEELAND Slate - Blue/black fibre cement
slate with textured surface.
JUTLAND Slate - Jutland is a smooth fibre
cement slate with square cut edges available in 3 sizes including
24x12 (600mm x 300mm), 20x10 (500mm x 250mm) and 4 colours
blue/black, graphite, russet and autumn brown. Approved for use on
Birmingham City Council projects.
MOORLAND Slate - Moorland fibre cement
slate have an appearance close to that of natural slate. With a
smooth surface & authentic dressed edges.
DIAMOND Slate - Single-lap fibre cement
slate which create a ‘retro’ appearance.
Natural Slates
All Cembrit Ltd. natural slates are tested in
accordance with BS EN 12326-1:2004 and are supplied in the
appropriate thickness for the UK climate. NBS specification clauses
H62 are available via our website.
GLENDYNE Slate - Strong, consistent, top
quality and a good match for Ffestiniog or other blue grey British
natural slate.
DUQUESA Slate - Top grade smooth, stable,
consistent Spanish slate.
CONTESSA Slate - Spanish slate in a
variety of standards and quality levels.
ALPINA Slate - Consistent, even grey/green
or graphite Brazilian slate.
TRINITY Natural Slate - Trinity purple is
a good match for Penrhyn, Trinity green for Westmorland.
Welsh/Cumbrian Natural Slate - Traditional
UK roofing slate in purple, blue/grey and green shades.
Himalayan Slate - Dark grey natural slate.
Cladding & Dry Lining Boards
UrbanNature, Cembonit, Special Performance &
Cembrit FR are manufactured to EN 12467:2004 in a factory operating
a quality management system complying with BS EN 9001:2000 and an
environmental management system complying with BS EN 14001:2004.
External/Rainscreen Claddings & Lining Boards
URBANNATURE Class A2 fire rated external
cladding range - 4 new cladding ranges with different finishes
incorporating 49 harmonious colours.
CEMWOOD - Fire Class ‘0’ wood effect
weatherboard - available pre-coloured in most RAL or other colour
system shades, or natural grey for on site painting.
CEMBONIT - Class A2 fire rated through
coloured rainscreen/external cladding.
CEMPANEL - Class 0 fire rated cement
particle board for interior and exterior cladding & lining. Standard
1200mm by 2400mm boards are available in various thicknesses.
Internal Applications
SPECIAL PERFORMANCE - Class 0 fire rated
building board for use in damp or humid areas and as a tile backing
board.
Cembrit FR - is a Class A1 fire rated
internal building board for walls celings & floors. Strong, & with
good sound reduction qualities & easily decorated, Cembrit FR is
ideal for high-occupancy buildings with high traffic volumes.
Multi-purpose - Autoclaved for improved
toughness, ideal cut to size for semi-exposed uses such as soffits,
partitions or infills.
