meet the needs of the most demanding project specifications. The

Founded in 1982, Arcelor Construction UK Ltd is a leading UK
manufacturer offering a wide range of products and systems for the
roofing and cladding industry. Arcelor Construction UK Ltd is a
subsidiary of Arcelor Mittal, one of the largest steel producers in
the world. In addition to the Arval range, Arcelor Construction UK
Ltd also offers the Arclad range of standard roofing, cladding and
liner profiles; short and medium span decks, flat sheets and
flashings.
Architectural Wall Profiles
We offer a wide range of wall profiles in a choice of coatings and
finishes to meet different budgetary, aesthetic and performance
requirements. The profiles can be used in a single skin construction
or can be include as part of an insulated wall system including
other components such as liners or structural trays. In this way,
built-up systems can be designed to meet a range of thermal, fire
and acoustic performance requirements whilst still offering a wide
choice of aesthetic finishes. Systems incorporating structural trays
as the internal liner are also available to minimise the requirement
for cladding rails.
Architectural Roof Profiles
A wide range of roof profiles are available, including the R39TV
profile which can be smooth curved down to a radius of 6000mm. A
wide choice of coatings and finishes is available and the profiles
can be combined with other system components to meet budgetary,
aesthetic and performance requirements. Systems incorporating
structural decks and trays as the internal liner are also available
to minimise the requirement for purlins and to offer acoustic
solutions. The Tacdeck 508 secret-fix roofing system is designed for
long, low pitched roof slopes, where conventional profiles prove
unsuitable. Long sheet lengths allow for continuous ridge to eaves
applications, and the unique clip fixing system means no fasteners
penetrate the external skin. Tacdeck 508 can therefore provide a
completely weathertight construction. As with all Arval built-up
roofing systems, Tacdeck 508systems can be designed to meet a wide
range of thermal, fire and acoustic requirements.
Insulated Roof & Wall System
An insulated roof and wall system, providing a non-fragile roof or
wall assembly and a guaranteed U-value complying with current
Building Regulations. And with quality built-in, Arval offers a
simple, easy to install method of meeting all the relevant
regulations and carries a 30 year guarantee for total peace of mind
for the complete building envelope.
Structural Trays
Arval offers a range of structural trays to provide support for
lightweight wall and roof constructions such as rainscreen systems,
standard metal cladding, roofing systems and slated and tiled roofs
systems. Spans up to 7000mm allow purlins and cladding rails to be
eliminated enabling a clean, smooth internal finish to the
construction.
Accessories
Arval offers a wide range of high quality accessories to complement
its range of roofing and cladding systems - from simple flashings to
highly complex fabrications to solutions that seamlessly integrate
various components to form a high quality façade system. The range
of abrications offered is almost limitless. Arval's range of
products is available in a range of coatings and colours to provide
protection against the elements and an attractive aesthetic finish.

Enhanced Plastisol Coating System The enhanced Plastisol coating
system is a highly resilient choice and comes complete with a
comprehensive guarantee of up to 30 years.
Standard Plastisol Coating System Arval's standard Plastisol coating
system is supported by a guarantee of up to 25 years.
Hairexcel Granite Coating System High durable polyurethane coating
system available in a choice of metallic colours and with a
guarantee of up to 30 years for peace of mind.
Hairplus Coating System Polyester coating system provides excellent
results and is offered with a guarantee of up to 15 years
