Epoxy Coatings
ARDEX R 25 E
High performance, self smoothing, epoxy resin flooring system, supplied
as three components in a pre-measured pack for ease of on site mixing
and use. The cured resin forms a pigmented, smooth, tough 2-4mm layer,
which can be easily cleaned. Laboratories, clean rooms and general light
industry are just some of the environments that can benefit from this
system.
ARDEX R 30 E
Water-based epoxy coating to provide an easily cleaned surface,
resistant to many common oils and liquids with excellent adhesion to
concrete and cement/sand screeds.
ARDEX R 35 E
Solvent free, high build epoxy resin floor coating which provides a
tough, hard wearing, easily cleaned surface in industrial environments
where a degree of higher resistance to chemical attack is required. It
is suitable for any floor areas subject to wet working and possible
chemical spillage.
Polyurethane Floor Screeds
ARDEX R 10 P
High performance, polyurethane resin wall and coving system, supplied as
four components in pre-measured packs for ease of on site mixing and
use. The cured system forms a tough, easily cleaned, pigmented layer
from a feather edge up to 12mm thick. Ideally suited to aggressive areas
where a seamless, joint free finish is required and maximum cleanliness
is essential.
ARDEX R 15 P
Low viscosity repair system and renovation coating for application to
polyurethane floors, supplied as three components in pre-measured packs
for ease of on site mixing and use. The cured system forms a tough,
easily cleaned, pigmented layer on existing polyurethane toppings.
ARDEX R 70 P
Medium duty, polyurethane resin flooring system, supplied as four
components in pre-measured packs for ease of on site mixing and use. The
cured system forms a tough, easily cleaned, pigmented layer from 2mm up
to 5mm thick. Ideally suited to aggressive areas where a seamless, joint
free finish is required and maximum cleanliness is essential, such as
factories and heavy duty traffic areas.
ARDEX R 80 P
Heavy duty, polyurethane resin flooring system, supplied as four
components in pre-measured packs for ease of on site mixing and use. The
cured system forms a tough, easily cleaned, pigmented layer from 4mm up
to 12mm thick. Ideally suited to aggressive areas where a seamless,
joint free finish is required and maximum cleanliness is essential, such
as food and drink production environments.
ARDEX R 90 P
Heavy duty, polyurethane rake and trowel resin flooring system, supplied
as four components in pre-measured packs for ease of on site mixing and
use. The cured system forms a tough, easily cleaned, pigmented layer
from 4mm up to 9mm thick. Ideally suited to aggressive areas where a
seamless, joint free finish is required and maximum cleanliness is
essential, such as food and drink production environments.
Concrete Toppings
NEW! ARDEX K 80 Industrial Floor System
Rapid drying concrete topping, gives a hard, smooth, flat, wearing
surface. Apply 5mm-50mm thick, 1.65kg/m²/mm, e.g. 3.25m² at 5mm thick.
ARDEX SD-T B
Advanced pumpable base mix, designed to rapidly level uneven concrete
bases prior to applying ARDEX SD-T. Apply from 7mm-50mm. Rapidry Formula
technology means that within hours of its application a minimum 5mm
thickness of ARDEX SD-T can be applied. One bag will cover approximately
1.9m² at 7mm thickness.
Ancillaries
ARDEX R 8 P
Two component polyurethane tack coat specifically formulated for use
with ARDEX R 10 P coving and wall render.
ARDEX R 3 E
Two component solvent free epoxy resin primer for use with ARDEX
polyurethane screeds and self-smoothing epoxy floor coatings. Blind with
ARDEX Fine Aggregate and use as a primer prior to applying thick
applications of ARDEX SD-T or other appropriate ARDEX cement-based
products.
ARDEX P 51
Water-based emulsion primer for use in the preparation of internal
surfaces prior to the application of ARDEX SD-T.
ARDEX DGR Degreaser
Liquid degreaser which is highly effective in reducing contaminants such
as grease or wax to a water dispersible consistency.
ARDEX RTC
Highly effective low toxicity, biodegradable, high flash point liquid
cleaner for tools and equipment that have been used for the mixing and
application of ARDEX resin-based systems.
