ARDEX Epoxy Floor CoatingsARDEX R 25 E – Self Smoothing Epoxy Floor System - High performance, self smoothing, epoxy resin flooring system, supplied as three components in a pre-measured pack for ease of on site mixing and use. The cured resin forms a pigmented, smooth, tough 2-4mm layer, which can be easily cleaned. Laboratories, clean rooms and general light industry are just some of the environments that can benefit from this system. ARDEX R 30 E – Water Based Epoxy Coating - Water-based epoxy coating to provide an easily cleaned surface, resistant to many common oils and liquids with excellent adhesion to concrete and cement/sand screeds. ARDEX R 35 E – Solvent Free High Build Epoxy Coating - Provides a tough, hard wearing, easily cleaned surface in industrial environments where a degree of higher resistance to chemical attack is required. It is suitable for any floor areas subject to wet working and possible chemical spillage. Available in any RAL colour of your choice. ARDEX Polyurethane Floor Screed SystemsARDEX R 10 P – Polyurethane Coving and Wall Render - High performance, polyurethane resin wall and coving system, supplied as four components in pre-measured packs for ease of on site mixing and use. The cured system forms a tough, easily cleaned, pigmented layer from a feather edge up to 12mm thick. Ideally suited to aggressive areas where a seamless, joint free finish is required and maximum cleanliness is essential. ARDEX R 15 P – Low Viscosity Repair System - Low viscosity repair system and renovation coating for application to polyurethane floors, supplied as three components in pre-measured packs for ease of on site mixing and use. The cured system forms a tough, easily cleaned, pigmented layer on existing polyurethane toppings. ARDEX R 70 P – Medium Duty Polyurethane Screed - Medium duty, polyurethane resin flooring system, supplied as four components in pre-measured packs for ease of on site mixing and use. The cured system forms a tough, easily cleaned, pigmented layer from 2mm up to 5mm thick. Ideally suited to aggressive areas where a seamless, joint free finish is required and maximum cleanliness is essential, such as factories and heavy duty traffic areas. ARDEX R 80 P – Heavy Duty Polyurethane Screed - Heavy duty, polyurethane resin flooring system, supplied as four components in pre-measured packs for ease of on site mixing and use. The cured system forms a tough, easily cleaned, pigmented layer from 4mm up to 12mm thick. Ideally suited to aggressive areas where a seamless, joint free finish is required and maximum cleanliness is essential, such as food and drink production environments. ARDEX R 90 P – Rake and Trowel Grade Heavy Duty Polyurethane Screed - Heavy duty, polyurethane rake and trowel resin flooring system, supplied as four components in pre-measured packs for ease of on site mixing and use. The cured system forms a tough, easily cleaned, pigmented layer from 4mm up to 9mm thick. Ideally suited to aggressive areas where a seamless, joint free finish is required and maximum cleanliness is essential, such as food and drink production environments. ARDEX Concrete ToppingsARDEX K 80 Industrial Floor System - Rapid drying concrete topping, gives a hard, smooth, flat, wearing surface. Apply 5mm-10mm thick, 1.65kg/m²/mm, e.g. 3.m² at 5mm thick. ARDEX SD-T B - Advanced pumpable base mix, designed to rapidly level uneven concrete bases prior to applying ARDEX SD-T. Apply from 10mm-50mm. Rapidry Formula technology means that within hours of its application a minimum 10mm thickness of ARDEX SD-T can be applied. One bag will cover approximately 1.3m² at 10mm thickness. Industrial PrimersNEW! ARDEX R 2 E – Solvent Free General Purpose Primer - A two component, solvent free, epoxy resin for use with ARDEX polyurethane screeds and self-smoothing epoxy coatings. Also may be used when blinded with ARDEX Fine Aggregate and used as a primer prior to applying thin applications of ARDEX K 80/SD-T B Industrial Floor System, or other appropriate cement-based products. NEW! ARDEX R 3 E – Moisture Tolerant Epoxy Primer - A two component solvent free epoxy resin for use on concrete and cementitious surfaces that have damp surfaces (e.g. from water spillages or rain) prior to installing ARDEX polyurethane screeds and self-smoothing epoxy floor coatings. NEW! ARDEX R 5 E – Fast Cure Epoxy Primer - A two component solvent free epoxy resin for use on sound substrates where a faster cure is required, prior to installation of ARDEX polyurethane screeds and self-smoothing epoxy floor coatings. Also may be used when blinded with ARDEX Fine Aggregate and used as a primer prior to applying thick applications of the ARDEX K 80/SD-T B Industrial Floor System, or other appropriate ARDEX cement-based products.
