Retro External Lighting

Marking the birth of suburbia and the new towns of the mid 20th century that emphasised simplicity. Flat or low profile bowls ensure this option can be used with the certainty that all 4 environmental zones can be achieved.

Contemporary Lighting Systems

High cone provides subtle bracket designs and contrasting colour options with flat or low profile bowls to ensure this option can be used with the certainty that all 4 environmental zones can be achieved.

Low cone provides a sophisticated bracket designs and contrasting colour options with flat or low profile bowls to ensure this option can be used with the certainty that all 4 environmental zones can be achieved.

Road Lighting Reflector

Based on a proven design, this external lighting reflector provides an effective method of lighting roadways to the latest specification.

Area Reflector

The Area Reflector produces a square illuminance distribution, ensuring a minimum number of lantern locations, an ideal solution for external lighting uniformed areas such as car parks.

Variable Reflector

Abacus has designed an innovative approach to providing variable optics. Pre-set reflector positions moving through increments of 15 produce a specific external lighting distribution enabling the lighting designer to ensure optimum performance when designing around individual and challenging landscapes.

Composition & Manufacture

Luminaires:- The core is a die-cast aluminium chassis with canopy options and trims from spun aluminium. Polycarbonate or glass bowl are options depending on the version required. The reflector is made from highly polished anodised aluminium.

Columns, brackets and embellishers; - Client choice from mild steel or aluminium with a powder coated finish and colour options. Please consult the manufacturer for the exact technical specification.
