DURA TREAD – Anti-slip floor grating for industryThis mesh flooring product is an ideal and cost effective structural flooring alternative to traditional grating materials such as metal or steel and is also an ideal replacement for wood. Dura Tread is proven to have the one of the highest levels of grip for a walking surface ever tested and offers excellent traction in wet, oily or icy conditions. The material is manufactured using high grade industrial resins to provide it with resistance to most aggressive chemicals whilst also being resistant to corrosion, fire and frost. It is ideally suited to several applications including ramps, walkways, platforms, washbays, factory workstations, assembly lines plus gullies and trenches. Due to the fact that it is roughly one third of the weight of steel there are several logistical benefits not only at the installation stage but also in terms of reducing the surrounding infrastructure requirements. As a result, and in conjunction with the 25 year service life, the overall life cycle costs are drastically reduced. DURA SLAB – Fibreglass Structural FlooringDura Slab is ideal for use as a duct cover system for new constructions or as a direct replacement for old, heavy & cumbersome concrete or wooden capping or gully covers. The characteristics of Dura Slab make it more favouirable for use as gully covers rather than using steel, timber or concrete systems due to its lower weight, anti-slip surface, ease of installation and minimal maintenance. Its light weght nature Means that more often than not, it can be designed for installation without needing to use heavy lifting plant. This is particularly advantageous on sites where access is restricted. Dura Slab is fire resistant, is anti corrosive and can be specified in depths between 18mm and 100mm depending o the load requirements. It can be specified to meet specific pedestrian and vehicular BS EN 124 requirements such as Class B (11 ton) or Class D (44 ton) depending on the span requirement and application needs. SCREEN CLAD – Fibreglass Structural FlooringScreen Clad fibreglass screening panels can provide new and refurbished buildings with brighter, colourful, and maintenance free cladding. In situations where ventilation is required, Screen Clad, with up to 68% open mesh, can be used to excellent effect. Screen Clad can also be back-lit to produce the perfect decorative effect as an architectural feature, inside or outside. The construction of cladding panels allows differing amounts of light to pass through the mesh, offering sun screening variations, depending on the suns angle. Screen Clad is available to order in any RAL colour, this making it the perfect choice for custom projects. It can also be used for equipment screening, as part of a suspended feature ceiling, as balustrade panels, as a car park screening system or mesh grille or for roof top screening. DURA DECK – Composite Timber DeckingDura Deck uses breakthrough technology to provide
a decking system with a traditional appearance but that uses
composite technology to minimise maintenance, eliminate rot,
eliminate trip hazards, is UV stable, has an anti-slip finish and
that and does not discolour. The special composite mix of HD
Polyurethane resin, recycled hardwood plus appropriate stabilisers
and inhibitors provides a decking that is suitable for commercial
and residential use. The boards are available in lengths of up to 6m
long and come in various designs and specifications and can be
ordered to match almost any colour requests where lead-times and
volume allow. The latest product in the range, Ultra Deck, which is
295mm wide and 23mm thick has been designed to maximise strength and
minimise installation times. This product can span up to 600mm and
is therefore viable as a direct replacement for existing timber
installations. The range has been developed with a concealed fixing
system that provides heightened barefoot safety, especially for
children. Dura Deck products can be used for hotel terracing,
boardwalks, balconies, them parks, patios, theme parks, pontoons and
roof gardens. |
