Steel Line is a stainless steel and special metals fabricator. The breadth of
our manufacturing experience across a wide range of industries makes the company

Company Profile
Steel Line was established in 1979
as a family business, specialising in stainless steel metalwork, tube manipulation
and metal polishing. The company's skills range from simple grab handles for the
caravan industry to intricate pipeline connector's, pressure tested to 5600 psi
(400 bar) for offshore diving operations. Failure of these latter components could
have life threatening implications.
Over the years Steel Line's technical
capabilities and commitment to quality have enabled the company to build a broad

a small business with only 24 staff, the company has managed to establish itself

Construction
Steel Line balustrade systems are suitable
for both internal and external use, designed in accordance with BS & EN standards.
Manufactured in S304/316 stainless steel, brass and aluminium, with a variety
of infill panels the company can also offer an installation service. Other
construction industry fabrications include stainless steel entrance canopies
in bespoke styles
General
Engineering
Steel Line offers a bespoke manufacturing service to industry
in general. One-off, or batch production capacity is available. The only limitations
are physical size and weight.
Leisure
The company manufactures
boat fittings, a range of handrails for bus, caravan and recreational vehicles
and an extensive list of swimming pool fixtures, fittings and competition equipment.
Pool metalwork has become a major product line for the company which can undertake
installation as well as supply. Steel Line is a partner contractor to a major
health and leisure club chain.
Medical Equipment
Steel Line
manufactures a range of post mortem tables, trolleys, sinks and work stations
providing the latest operational benefits required by pathologists and technicians
involved in morbid anatomy. A customised design service is offered and also a
range of tables and trolleys for funeral service companies. Special wall brackets
for CPR Pocket Masks are also produced. These brackets ensure the safe storage
of masks and also 24/7 availability in the event of an emergency. Further opportunities
to manufacture high quality medical products are being sought by the company.
Office, Hotel and Shop Fitting
Steel Line manufactures a wide
range of metalwork components and architectural features to clients' designs for
shops offices and hotels. An installation service is also available.
Playground Equipment
As an extension of it's street furniture range, Steel
Line has become a trade supplier to a number of major playground equipment manufacturers.
Process Plant
An extensive range of filtration and pressurised pipework
products are manufactured to customers' own designs. Small vessels for brewing
and food processing, and biotech reactors for laboratory processes are also produced.
Street Furniture
Steel Line manufactures a wide range of street
furniture, including bollards, benches, seating, litter bins and cycle stands.
Our speciality is products in satin, mirror polished and bead blasted finishes
in S304 and 316 grade stainless steel. The company produces products in aluminium,
mild steel both painted and powder coated and also brass and bronze.
Veterinary
The Vetcare Vetsink 2000 is an innovative wet unit suitable for a range of routine
dental, surgical and bathing operations. Additionally the company manufactures
a range of stainless steel products for surgeries. It aims to develop new products
to meet the needs of increasingly sophisticated small animal care, including ultrasound
and arthoscopy trolleys.
